2014 Mustang GT Premium

Found car online and after watching it for several weeks reached out to the dealership. Peter made the process so easy. Due to distance and current travel restrictions I negotiated everything over the phone/online. He even sent me a video of the car running. Began purchase process on Thursday and by the following Saturday the car was in my driveway 1,500 miles away. They were extremely helpful and without a test drive or looking at the car in person (which I wouldn't normally recommend) I couldn't be more happy with my car. Their online description was spot on, the car is immaculate and drives perfect. I've never had an easier experience with a dealership. The price was good and they even knocked off a little bit since I had to pay to have it transported.

Am I happy? I got an Audi!!!!! Heck Yea!!!

I was a car guy before I bought my first car at 15 years old, 1968 Ford Fairlane. Weston Auto Gallery has always had the cars that guys like me drool over. Most of the time it was a Sunday or after Weston store hours. OK, fastlane to 2019. Wife needed a car. She wanted an Audi or a Jeep! Weston happen to have an Audi AND a Jeep around Labor Day. Both the Audi and the Jeep were of course Weston top quality. Drove the Audi, became a Audi guy. Walked into Weston soon after that and talked to Earl Weston. We hit it off. He is a car guyeven more than me. We both agreed on a price for the Audi and it is the quality of car that I always expected it to be after seeing all those cars for all those years. What made me even more impressed was what happened about 4 weeks later. When I picked up the Audi I put the temp tag on and the bracket was broke. Earl said he would get me a new bracket. I said he didn't have to and it was not a big deal. I drove off in my new Audi. I stopped into Weston a few times the next few weeks to talk to Earl and talk about cars. I even attended a "Coffeee and Cars" event at Weston with my other car. License plate bracket was never discussed. A couple weeks later Peter (Sales Manager) called, Peter Knows Cars, he told me my license plate bracket was in. That is what customer service used to be like. Your word and or a handshake is all you needed. That is what will keep me going back to Weston Auto Gallery. I will be buying more cars from them. Great establishment and good people.

Best car buying experience

Weston Automotive treated me to the most pleasant car buying experience ever. They were incredibly fair and honest, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Paperwork errors and poor communication

After purchasing my car from Weston Auto Gallery they submitted the bill of sale and loan paperwork to my bank with errors that included leaving out the down payment. I had to refinance my loan after they sent me a refund check in the mail. They also filled out the title paperwork incorrectly, requiring two titles to be issued and a delay in the refinance. When my bank called to clarify concerns they were told my salesman was actually the GM. He told me he "bent over backwards for me" but couldn't tell me how. Maybe repairing the broken sunroof before I bought it? I'm not sure, but my experience was very poor and I would not do business with them again, or recommend them to a friend.

We have researched your transaction and see that we did, in fact, send the lender a funding sheet with the wrong amount on it. It was $3,000 more than the correct amount. We recognized the error and immediately -- within the same day -- sent the lender a corrected funding sheet. However, the lender used the incorrect sheet to fund your loan. The result was that the payment we received from your lender was $3,000 too much. We immediately sent a check to you for the $3,000 so that you could reduce your loan amount. Please accept our sincere apologies for our mistake. Our office manager has done hundreds of these transactions without error, and we are sorry that a mistake was made on yours. You also mention a problem with the title, but we are unable to find any title problem. The car's title was in our dealership name and we transferred it to you. It was not complicated and should not have caused any confusion. We have many satisfied customers in both our sales and service departments, and we strive to provide each customer with a smooth, pleasant experience. I hope you will accept our apologies and give us a future opportunity to serve you again.

Great experience

Weston Auto Gallery truly provided the easiest buying process I have ever experienced. I live out of state and they helped with all the arrangements for a smooth process. Brent was courteous and helpful. And, a special thanks to Diego for picking me up at the airport. My only surprise was not getting two key fobs with the car. Brent agreed to locate one and send it to me. My BMW 335i is an amazing car, and is as advertised.

Great Experience

I had been looking for a truck for quite a while when I found my 2011 Ford Ranger at Weston. The experience was great. Tony was real gentleman who didn't pressure us in any way. After the test drive I had a concern about the brakes and they replaced them before I took delivery of the truck. Kevin the General Manager really stepped up to the plate when there was an unexpected interest rate change that weekend and he took care of the difference by purchasing the interest rate down to what was quoted to me in the buying process. I really appreciated doing business with them.

Range Rover Sport: Baltic Blue

I bought am amazing Blue Range Rover Sport 13' online. It was difficult to find a good deal for the exact car I wanted and I was admittedly a bit scared to buy a car out of state and online. It takes trust. Tony and everyone at Weston made the process easy and the car that I bought is simply amazing and a pleasure to drive. Quality is perfect as I expected.

Awesome service

This was honestly the most layed back sales environment you will find any where. After going to all the big name brand dealerships in town over the span of a week and having a salesman along for every test drive I started to get annoyed from all the sales tactics and then being turned away for my double trade-in I was losing hope. Then a friend recommended Weston Auto Gallery to me. I stopped by the dealership and spoke with their salesman Tony about what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me several cars and offered to let me take them for a test drive. He pulled the first car up for me, gave me the run down and handed me the keys. I was surprised when he didn't get in the vehicle with me and told me to take it out and to let him know what I thought. By the time I got back the the first car he had already pulled the second car up for me and was ready with the keys. By the time I was done test driving cars we started talking specifics on the double trade-in I had. He didn't bat an eye and said he would call around to see what kind of trade-in value he could get me for both vehicles. He worked hard and was able to get me the best trade-in value for both vehicles. Paperwork was easy and the environment was very relaxed overall. I've waited over a month to write this review to see how everything would turn out with the vehicle and I love it. Zero issues yet on the car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're looking for a great place to start shopping for a used car, I would stop here first and talk with Tony.

Purchased a used Ducati 899 Panigale !

Weston Auto had a beautiful Ducati 899 Panigale for sale that I just had to come take a look at. Made the small trek from Denver up and the bike was the one! Tony was extremely helpful and straight forward with the whole process. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Given that I wasn't planning on purchasing and ended up leaving with it, I had to wait for my friend to pick up my car. It started to rain and Tony was nice enough to pull my bike inside to keep it nice and dry! Extremely awesome buying experience! Would buy again! P

Mostly Satisfied

We purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper for my son and the buying experience was easy. There was an issue with the radio display and Weston repaired it as promised. My only negative was that when we went in to sign papers, the car only came with one key. This was a $238 cost to us right from the start. We understand that when you purchase a used vehicle not everything is perfect. We also found that the passenger door window was not operating properly and the trim on the inside door was missing. Didn't really notice these things when we test drove the car. My suggestion in buying any used car is spend time checking out all of the details inside and out. With all that said, my son absolutely loves the car and would buy it again, but might have negotiated the cost of missing key.
