I had been looking for a truck for quite a while when I found my 2011 Ford Ranger at Weston. The experience was great. Tony was real gentleman who did...n't pressure us in any way. After the test drive I had a concern about the brakes and they replaced them before I took delivery of the truck. Kevin the General Manager really stepped up to the plate when there was an unexpected interest rate change that weekend and he took care of the difference by purchasing the interest rate down to what was quoted to me in the buying process. I really appreciated doing business with them.
Thanks Richard for taking the time to review our store. We strive to deliver the best cars and best buying experience around. We stand by what we say..., no matter what! Enjoy that Ranger and don't forget to stop in for your scheduled services in our shop. Thanks, Kevin Pinkham General Manager
I bought am amazing Blue Range Rover Sport 13' online. It was difficult to find a good deal for the exact car I wanted and I was admittedly a bit scar...ed to buy a car out of state and online. It takes trust. Tony and everyone at Weston made the process easy and the car that I bought is simply amazing and a pleasure to drive. Quality is perfect as I expected.
Peter, Thank you for taking the time to review our store. Glad we had the right Ranger Rover you've been looking for. We are always on the lookout f...or quality clean cars and deliver the best car buying experience. Don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions. We love Range Rover's! This was honestly the most layed back sales environment you will find any where. After going to all the big name brand dealerships in town over the sp...an of a week and having a salesman along for every test drive I started to get annoyed from all the sales tactics and then being turned away for my double trade-in I was losing hope. Then a friend recommended Weston Auto Gallery to me. I stopped by the dealership and spoke with their salesman Tony about what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me several cars and offered to let me take them for a test drive. He pulled the first car up for me, gave me the run down and handed me the keys. I was surprised when he didn't get in the vehicle with me and told me to take it out and to let him know what I thought. By the time I got back the the first car he had already pulled the second car up for me and was ready with the keys. By the time I was done test driving cars we started talking specifics on the double trade-in I had. He didn't bat an eye and said he would call around to see what kind of trade-in value he could get me for both vehicles. He worked hard and was able to get me the best trade-in value for both vehicles. Paperwork was easy and the environment was very relaxed overall. I've waited over a month to write this review to see how everything would turn out with the vehicle and I love it. Zero issues yet on the car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're looking for a great place to start shopping for a used car, I would stop here first and talk with Tony.
Thanks Dave for your detailed review of our store. We really enjoy delivering a professional and quality experience to our customers. Our "clientcent...ric" approach to selling cars is one of the many reasons for our success. Greatly appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again for your next vehicle purchase. Weston Auto had a beautiful Ducati 899 Panigale for sale that I just had to come take a look at. Made the small trek from Denver up and the bike was t...he one! Tony was extremely helpful and straight forward with the whole process. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Given that I wasn't planning on purchasing and ended up leaving with it, I had to wait for my friend to pick up my car. It started to rain and Tony was nice enough to pull my bike inside to keep it nice and dry! Extremely awesome buying experience! Would buy again! P
Kien, greatly appreciate your business. Enjoy the Ducati 899 Panigale and be safe out there!
We purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper for my son and the buying experience was easy. There was an issue with the radio display and Weston repaired it as pr...omised. My only negative was that when we went in to sign papers, the car only came with one key. This was a $238 cost to us right from the start. We understand that when you purchase a used vehicle not everything is perfect. We also found that the passenger door window was not operating properly and the trim on the inside door was missing. Didn't really notice these things when we test drove the car. My suggestion in buying any used car is spend time checking out all of the details inside and out. With all that said, my son absolutely loves the car and would buy it again, but might have negotiated the cost of missing key.
Thank you for your reply. As with all of our cars, we are only able to provide as many keys as we are given. We do extend an "internal cost" to our ...customers for items such as keys to purchase that are not included as part of the sale. Please contact us regarding any pending issues with your Mini Cooper. We are happy to assist you.
If you want cliff-notes, go down to my last paragraph. But this is how I get there... I really dislike writing negative reviews, especially when the... experience started off optimistically. I have to say that at first Tony (in sales) was very quick to respond to my requests and provide information. He seems like a kind guy and I don't doubt that he is, but unfortunately I feel a lot of things were left out that should've been identified in the buying process... 1. Initially when we spoke on the phone I wanted verbal confirmation on the car's shape both interior and exterior. Both which he stated were in immaculate condition and based on the photos it seemed as such. When I arrived, I found that there was a tear on the side skirt (that requires $275 worth of repair), and damage to the interior handle (not covered by warranty) that costs $350 to repair. None of this was mentioned prior to my 800+ mile drive to the dealership. I understand that used cars come with quirks and damage here and there, but to outwardly say it was in immaculate condition was a lie that is in the end costing me almost $700. Upon finding this out and identifying it to Tony, he spoke with his service man (whom I don't remember and it's best I don't remember because I would blast him whole-heartedly) who came out and immediately started declaring that I was hiding the fact that I had been in an accident and that my trade-in was damaged goods. He was actually very insulting, condescending, and confrontational in his attitude. At that point they told me that since my vehicle had supposedly been repainted (I've owned it from day one of it's existence and it had not), that the damge was a wash. Instead of continuing to argue with the guy, I decided to let it go, I could cover the cost of repair. Which I would not have if I knew about #2. (Plus his attitude was pushing closer to wanting an altercation than a discussion, and that would've been fun.) 2. The car I purchased from them was in an accident not identified on the CarFax. Come to find out that the parking sensors for parking assistant were actually painted over, causing $1,500 worth of damage not to mention who knows what other type of damage that may come from the accident in the future. Maybe his paint meter didn't work on that model of car (sarcasm)? It sure worked on mine (again, sarcasm)! Had this type of stuff been identified before-hand, I would've been more accepting of it. Not to mention the condescending attitude I received during purchase just shows what type of sales and service pitch they have going. 3. Finally, after purchase and drive it off the lot, come to find out an option that they used as a "selling" point (Lane Departure Warning) on their advertisement, actually did not even exist on the car. It's unfortunate that in the immediate inspection I'm not looking for that specifically, because had I known how to look for it, I would've (it's a button on the lower portion of the dash for those of you buying a BMW). So this was an added feature that they used to mark their price up on the customer, that did not actually exist. Conclusion. To me, writing this is unfortunate, but my ultimate goal is to make sure that future customers that use Weston Auto Gallery (as well as others that don't guarantee their product like Weston, to be honest) be more thorough and DEFINITELY have an independent inspector look at the vehicle prior to purchase. It would've saved me shy of $2,500 worth of repairs right off the lot, off of an already marked up price, with ficticious added on options, all due to lack of integrity on their part. I don't want to say don't go to their dealership, because if you find a car you like, GET IT. But definitely make sure you come armed with an independent inspector, or drive it to one as part of your test drive. Do not take Weston Auto Gallery at their word, hire an independent inspector. I mean that with all sincerity. - Nate O. Bullard
Nate, greatly appreciate your review. We do allow and encourage our customers to have our vehicles inspected by qualified mechanics. (BMW dealer in y...our case) We tried our best to accommodate a difficult situation. We certainly did not want to send you back to Las Vegas with your repainted Mazda. Please contact us at your nearest convenience to resold any pending issues. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
Took my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman to Kevin for consignment. Experience \was awesome. Tony sold my car quickly, hassle free and got what I wanted for th...e Mini. The overall consignment experience was awesome, professional, and well worth it.
Thank you for the opportunity to consign your Mini Cooper. Look forward to working with you again.
My buying experience was fantastic...,no pressure..no..nonsense. our rep TONY STUART made the whole experience smooth sailing from the minute we s...tepped thru the doors Inventory is impressive....prices great...am recommending to everyone one I know Thank u!
Thank you Louise for your business! Enjoy the CTS Cadillac. And remember, we have a great service center to maintain your vehicle.
Tony Stuart was a true professional, from the first time that I called to inquire if a Ferrari that was on the web was still available. He said it wa...s, I told him that I would need some pictures of vin plate , serial number build date and on and on and he sent them right away along with a car fax and service records. After keeping fed ex overnight busy for 2 days ( because I was located in CA, ) I became the proud new owner of a Ferrari F355 in impeccable condition just as Tony had described. This was an out of state sight unseen purchase that went flawlessly because Tony does what he say's he's going to do and does it fast while nailing all the details. Thank You Tony!. I also have to thank Kevin Pinkham who fielded many of my out of state registration questions. The Weston Auto Gallery is lucky to have these two gentleman, Thanks again guys !! Larry
Larry, Glad to hear we fulfilled your dream car needs! Greatly appreciate your kind words. Let us know if you ever decide to trade it in. Would be ...happy to do so knowing how well you'll be taking care of it. Enjoy!
One step into Weston Auto Gallery and you'll know, this isn't your typical dealership. The staff is super nice, the place is clean and well kept. Th...at also goes for their selection of cars! Geez, where do they find such great cars? All are very impressive. And the prices are much better than the big dealers. I didn't feel marginalized being a female trying to buy a vehicle. (something I cannot say for the other places I've visited recently) Not only did I get a great car at a great price. They found me a better finance rate going with a Credit Union. Very convenient! Did all the paperwork there at Weston Auto Gallery. I traded in my VW Tiguan for a larger Touareg. They gave me more than other dealers were willing to offer. Any my car was certainly worth it. No hassle & out of the dealership in less than an hour. Highly recommended if you want a dealer that respects you and treats you like family. This is my 8th purchase from Kevin. Followed him from 3 dealerships. Good to see he found a place that's as professional as he is. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THING ABOUT KEVIN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF! WISH ALL DEALERS WERE THIS GOOD!
Laura, This is the experience we try to convey to all our guests. Thank you for your business. Look forward to servicing your car in the future. We ...always use Oem products like Mahle, Mann and LiquiMoly. Thanks again!
