    My buying experience at Suss Buick GMC was the best ever in the years of buying. Tony Musso was our sales person and even without his excellent support personal, we would have purchased from him. A tip of the hat also the sales manager Loineil Farr and the other personal we were introduced to. We definitely walked away from this dealership very happy. We knew we had found lifelong friends and a dealership to which we would return . We highly recommend this dealership and especially Tony Musso to everyone.

    We had a wonderful experience with the sales men (they get 5 stars) but a horrible experience with the finance department. We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer.

    Excellent work. Service completed quickly. Friendly staff who know what they are doing. Took expert care of my car. Purchased my car from here a year ago. Never have had any issues either with the purchase or service.

    Pete, the man who helped me through this experience, was so very helpful. While I am not happy about the fact that my truck's anti-theft system would not recognize my key, and I had to pay for a new key and new key fob (mine was cracked), and the only way to not get stuck with my Truck not starting as the anti-theft system shut down the entire system, I had to have my truck towed, missed my class that night and had to call friends to pick me up from the dealership, and the cost of this was $325.00 for a new key. This makes no sense that there is no way to simply clear out the code and drive my truck, this is a silly silly setup for these vehicles. It is very inconvenient and very upsetting. However, Pete was an awesome help to me, and kept me updated on what was going on, what was found, and got my vehicle back to me so I could pick it up on my lunch, this was incredible and sent the driver, Bill to come and pick me up at my home. This was such a wonderful service, and I felt so well taken care of by him, and he was truly compassionate about the circumstances of fixing my vehicle. Again, this was the same key I had always used, so it didn't make sense that all of a sudden my truck does not recognize my key. I did get in my truck today, when I was picking up lunch and it acted again like it didn't want to start, the same issue, I cranked it again and it started, so I am hopeful this issue was fixed and does not show up again, where I am stuck and have to have my truck towed because it will not start. I also must say, that the dealership washing my truck before returning it to me, this was simply STELLAR and I do mean STELLAR customer service and I have told everyone I know about Suss GMC and their helpful people! Thank you so much, Pete for making a stressful situation, less stressful!

    Cornell Paiu made the buying process the easiest I've ever experienced. He was sincere, truthful and went out of his way to help me make my decision without any pressure sales tactics. His response to my e-mail questions was immediate and his care and consideration for what I needed and wanted was outstanding. Bill Kittle originally referred me to Suss and everything he told me about the quality of the sales force was accurate: Knowledgeable, truthful, no high-pressure sales tactics, and tuned completely into the needs/wants of the customer. I had to take the vehicle in for installation of some options I purchased and the Service Department handled my issues promptly and provided me the loaner vehicle I needed to make my business meetings. I'd refer Suss, Cornell and the Service Department to anyone!

    This was my 5th purchase in three years from Suss. Steve Cantrell and his Management Team are superb. Low pressure, Excellent Service. I would not go anywhere else to purchase GMC or Buick.

I know a lot of car dealership owners in your industry but would definitely purchase another vehicle from your store. Doug Spedding Eddie Calus Bill Dwyer Jerry Morris Bobby Liedel Tom Daniels Steve Taylor; they all ran great stores but Suss moves into my list of great Denver Dealers.

    My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle from Suss. We have been long time customers and so it always makes us feel good to know that we put our trust in a company like Suss and a Sale Rep like Steve Cantrell. We found the vehicle we wanted and completed the entire process in less than 3 hours! Steve remembered us from a previously sale so it felt like we were working with friends versus sales people. I will continue to buy vehicles from Suss for as long as they remain in the business. As always, I am completely satisfied with the time, care and respect shown each time we visit. They are truly the best dealership out there!
