    This place has great staff. Specifically Brian Lopez. He went above and beyond to help me out in my car search. The weather was bad so he actually came to pick me up in the car and was very professional and helpful. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10 to anyone looking for a new car.

    I took my car for my first service and complained that the radio and nvaigation system had a noise and that the passenger door was whizzing at higher speeds on the highway. They did oil change and said nothing was wrong. I took it a second time about the same complain now about 6K miles, they said they checked and test drove the car and nothing was wrong. Well next time I videotaped the 2 issues and took and and they did not want to see it at about 12K as they said the car was out of warranty. I went at forth time and after talking with someone in there they said they were going to order the radio/navigation system and replace it. I took for the replacement last week and they called that the radio had some coins inside and that was causing the issue and that it was going to be $3,000.00, but they were going to fix the door instead. I told Rich that it was not right as I took it several times right after 3K miles and that i was going to complaint to higher management. "Good luck on that" Rich told me. I went to my sales person Bryan and he told hsi manager the issue and his manager told me to call Jason. I just called Jason and said not that even if the navigator and the camera were working before I took it in that it was not their fault and that was caused for the damaged. Now after 6 months of a brand new Nissan Sentra I have a car with NO navigation, NO radio and NO back up camera. I was miss treated and sarcastically Rich told me "good luck on that" I would recommend any customer or potential customer to go to other Nissan dealers so they don't have to deal with an issue like that by Tynan's Nissan Aurora Worst and sarcastic Service department. I am Diego Carrillo and this is a true story and should have kept the Honda line for my personal vehicles as always had great experiences with Mile High Honda. I am so sorry I gave my business to Tynan's Nissan.

    I became interest in buying a Nissan Leaf when I read about Tynan's Nissan's EV Group Buy contract with the city of Aurora. I visited less than 2 weeks before the contractual promotion was ending to evaluate Nissan Leafs. Robert Cruz assisted me; he was very courteous and consistent in his follow-up without being pushy. After I made my decision to purchase either a SV or SL model, Robert and the sales staff did all the necessary calls to satisfy my requirements. My wife and I are thrilled with our Leaf SV and recommend both Tynan's Nissan and Robert Cruz without reservation.

    Overall a good experience in getting a new car. Robert and Christar were fair and helpful. They were willing to match an offer from a competitor and were friendly and welcoming. My primary feedback would simply be to offer a bit more transparency of the process itself--as in "what we are doing now as you wait" but that's minor and I appreciate the experience with Tynans.

    Christar and Robert were wonderful. This was the first car I've purchased as an adult. They didn't pressure me, they gave me all the facts, and they gave me a fair price. I left with a smile, feeling informed, and excited for my new car. Adulting is hard, but Tynan's made it much easier.

    Oh man, if you can avoid this place, DO. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered at Nissan. They low-ball for trades and over price their vehicles. They have no patience for test drives and take absolutely for-e-ver to do any type of paperwork. They also have zero customer service. They service center is even worse! I had been paying for oil change packages for years, and after one oil change (where they are supposed to top off your fluids/rotate tires/the whole 9) had my car looked at by someone else, and they hadn't topped off my brake fluid in God knows how long. I was bone dry. Any complaints for them? Skip their management team, go straight to corporate. Just terrible. Stay away - honestly.
