There is an asian guy who works here who is very nice.

There is an asian guy who works here who is very nice. Otherwise the counter workers are not outright rude, but extremely unhelpful. It takes at least 6 weeks to book service here no matter if you are trying to book a maintenance service or have an issue and are unable to drive the car (meaning you will need to rent a car for the 6+ weeks it takes to get an appointment). They also NEVER have courtesy cars. Additionally, they try to talk you into unnecessary expenditures to inflate the bill. The last time we took my car in, they said I needed a new rim (over $1000) that they would need to order. They would not schedule the appointment to install it until it came in several days later but assured us that they would be able to install it before the long weekend. Of course, we had to call to confirm that the part had arrived and the person we spoke to then told us they COULD NOT guarantee installation before the long weekend. I love my XC60, but the poor service will likely keep me from purchasing another one.

Hi... dissatisfied. We are very busy right now, and we've already expanded our service department by 6 bays in the last year. We have nowhere to put more technicians. I promise that if we could handle more business we absolutely would, that's how we make money. We have more than 75 courtesy cars in service across 5 brands, unfortunately we do have to have reservations a while out in order to get people into those cars. We never recommend unneeded service. The only reason to recommend a new rim is if there's damage. And we will replace it with a manufacturer rim. I'm sorry that it was a bad experience, but the car service industry is dealing with a lot of time issues regarding parts and technician availability.

When I purchased my vehicle from Sil Terhar Ford they

When I purchased my vehicle from Sil Terhar Ford they emphasized their service quality and ability to support my purchase. However, on 12/15/2023 the Ford wrench light appeared on my dashboard indicating a powertrain issue. Upon contacting the dealership I was informed that they could not service this critical error until 04/01/2024 (April Fools?). Not sure what is going on with their service department but be aware that they seem to have problems supporting your purchase.

This will be the seventh vehicle I have purchased from

This will be the seventh vehicle I have purchased from Sill-TerHar since the early 90s. I found a dealership to be honest, responsive and friendly. Both my wife and I appreciate how they treat us and don’t talk down or pressure us.

The drop off was good for our F150 truck.

The drop off was good for our F150 truck. Everything appeared very professional. Then it was time for pick-up. We paid our bill was handed our fob and were told the truck was in the first row outside service center. No Truck! Went back in Isaac says it is there first row , anyone could see from the open doors it was not there! We went on a lot searched ourselves No truck! A lot guy came to help no truck. We asked Isaac again for help he requested Jake ( service mgr) also to help. Theses two acted like it was not a problem very Lackadaisical. Finally I asked who was responsible for stolen truck. Response was not us we have the key fob. I had to ask about camera footage the stories only got worse Jake had 3 different excuses about there was no footage. The fact is NOBODY really cared! No one of higher authority at the dealership was call in. Finally police were called and report was made. We left feeling like we were dismissed without even a concern about our truck being stolen. I would have thought someone from the dealership could have at least call to follow up . Nope they got our $118.00 for service and all was good for them. This world sucks! I can’t rate anything else because I did not have a truck to bring home!

Jeff Callies & Scott Peterson went above and beyond to help us select the 23' Lincoln Navigator. Originally we were in the market for a 23' Expedition. Theiy were patient, answered all our question's, and provided us with "White Glove" treatment is so appreciated and so rare in today's society of minimal personal interaction by the corporate owned mega dealers. Cole Gilmore assisted with making the numbers work for everyone. Fair price, great customer service - tribute to Jack Terhar for creating a culture of caring and emphasizing that without customers they have no business.

The salespeople, especially Ian, were exceptionally

The salespeople, especially Ian, were exceptionally professional. They listened to my requests and responded to my satisfaction. I needed to have a power cable removed from my suv trade in that was hidden beneath the floor panels (it ran from under the hood to behind the rear seat). They removed it and returned it to me a couple days after my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. My wife has also purchased a car from them - double the thoughts noted.

Quick and seamless buying experience

Came to look at a specific preowned car and had a very good experience with the sales person Ian. Let us take it for a drive and speak in private with no sales pressure but was able to answer all of our questions. Sales Mgr and finance person were also very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership
