Mostly a typical buying experience. I wish the sales people could just make the deal. It is annoying to sit there waiting for them to ?check with the manager.? I had an appointment to see a specific car with a specific salesman, but was left waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes past my appointment time for him, and the car was still not ready when he finally showed up. It took additional time to get the car in a position for me to see it. After my initial viewing, the salesman passed me off to someone else. I knew I wanted to buy the car I came to see, but it was disappointment to feel put off. Respect the appointment Auto Nation. I came on time and was prepared. I expected the same.

I purchased my new vehicle at this dealership.

I purchased my new vehicle at this dealership. The purchase process was very easy and not a high pressure sale. Once the warranty expired, I purchase a special service deal for maintenance . For whatever reason, their computer system never seems to populate the correct information regarding the maintenance. I have to remind them about this purchase to get the prepaid (oil change, tire rotation etc). They always seem to forget to reset the service notice on the vehicle as well. Considering finding a new place to get my vehicle serviced!
