Service for air bag recall - 4 Runner

The process was simple and straight forward. Shane the service tech made the process smooth from initial contact to receipt of parts to the actual performance of service.

They raises prices while you're buying!

This was a terrible experience. They put you on hold, don't return calls and they raised the price on a car I had checked by a mechanic by $1,000! According to their sales manager, "we have the right to change our prices anytime."

Responses too general not enough personality

Asked for a copy of the carfax instead I kept getting general emails not addressing my questions at all. If you are shopping via internet I cannot say this was the most responsive company out there

Great experience Toyota RAV4

Salesman Uzi was awesome made the experience great and fast. Uzi was able to help work out the deal I needed to buy the 19 rav4 and I couldn?t be happier. Uzi made this as quick as possible which was even better considering I had a 5 year old with me who gets bored easily. Uzi also checked in the day after to make sure everything was going well. Overall best experience I had at a dealership.

oil change and diagnostics done for rattling noise

I was able to get my oil changed and diagnostics done on a Saturday all done in the morning and didn't have to wait until 5:00 pm as I had been told that I may have to. This helped us out with our plans for the rest of the day which was very helpful.
