Took my car for service and Todd Hoevel and his trainee were my service advisors. They did a great job, no pressure to do other services. Car was ready before the promised time. Always a plus. Would like Todd again when I go back for service in the future.

They are always friendly, however it took over 4 hours
They are always friendly, however it took over 4 hours for them to perform an oil change and replace a battery: I think they must have overbooked that day and I was fine waiting for 2 hours, per their original estimate, but it ended up taking four. My service tech didn’t give me an update after the 2 hours was up. I had to go and find him to get an update.
