As good as it gets

The service team of consultants and managers are as good as it gets. The master mechanics and certified technicians actually explained step by step what was wrong with my car and the steps to be taken to diagnose and fix the issue I was experiencing with the car. I am a Lexus owner and also a Marine Iraqi Freedom veteran. Reliability is worth more than leather and horsepower. I want the job done right the first time and in a timely manner just as others expect of me and my teams. Trust, but verify. Expect what you inspect. Always expect Murphy(what can go wrong will go wrong) to show up. When family in Englewood CO recommended I take my Lexus here, I came expecting the very best service Lexus ever. We had been on the road for 18 hours driving or resting at Super 8 motels...we still had 13 hours of driving left and over 1000 miles to go when the check engine light came on. I trusted this team to take care of me and they did. Seattle to Houston by car should have been non-stop, but the car had mechanical warning lights going off heading into Denver from Wyoming. Lexus had a fail-safe mode that allowed me to just make it to Kuni Lexus. Exhausted. I have been to dealerships and Lexus service shops across the country while moving with the military for 10 years...since my visit I can say honestly this this is the best !Lexus Service Team in the country and an oasis on any cross country trip. You don't expect to ever have a problem getting your Lexus serviced...this team is the best positioned to get you back on the road and quickly. You can expect any of the service consultants to take care of you...initial experience was all happy days and no dramas. As the issues in the repair emerged and were identified, I was more or less coached along the way (my service consultant also plays hockey) on the different choices and given the opportunity to get involved with the repair from an approach standpoint. So i was involved with the course of action, and given a clear understanding of parts and the approach to be taken. Any customer can expect to leave the service shop knowing their car is in good hands. There is the two story waterfall, the massage treatment room, the movie theater with three screens, a barista offering brews (coffee and soft drinks) and pastries, a large business development center....a pool table and lounge...a library....fancy runway lights and retracting doors guide you into the service hangar...Walt Disney couldn't imagine a better customer experience.....your customer experience while you wait for your car will spoil you. I say that to say this.... ...The facility is awesome, but it is the people who work here that make this a team..and make this team the best Lexus Service team in the country. Management is approachable and your advocate for issues. Parts are in stock. Mechanics are blue collar high performers that are there for the sole mission of keeping your Lexus in excellent mechanical readiness. The mechanics here at Kuni remind me of truck mechanics and weapons armorers in the Marine Corps I knew who kept our equipment in top readiness and enabled us to maneuver and communicate under terrible conditions...I would not be surprised if some of the mechanics who worked on my car were military veterans like me. Everybody was working hard behind the clear bay doors. Arrived in Houston safe. Heading overseas...mother in law is getting a great car to drive that is going to run another 100,000 miles.
