    I purchased a 2013 Verano from Grand. They were above and beyond when it came to customer service. My salesperson, Beau, was wonderful. I didn't feel pressured, he showed me all my options, and I made it the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I have not had the chance to get my oil change, but from the way made the dealership so inviting, I almost can't wait. I highly recommend Grand to anyone looking for a "Grand" experience. Actually, several family members bought cars from Grand, now I know why.

    Was in to get my car fixed service department told me i needed a new battery and battery cable for $560 i decided to take my car somewhere else where it was much cheaper and it ended up being the alternator so i ended paying this place $75 for a wrong diagnostic and it seems that my battery is in great shape. Not the first time i had a bad experience with this place never again will i buy a vehicle here.

    Came in to inquiry about a used vehicle and first met the car salesman, "Sean" who was a good guy. Test drove and was ready to make an offer. This is when it went downhill. "Sean" took me to an old guy, who I think was his boss/supervisor (the old guy never stated his name or extended a hand to shake, let alone making very limited eye contact). When I inquired about their best price, his response was to put down a deposit, make an offer, and he would submit it to the GM. I got the feeling like I was wasting his time. Now I'm thinking to myself, is he trying not to sell a car. Is this their best salesmanship counter offer? I've purchased plenty of new and used cars in my time, but this was the first time I've heard a sales pitch like this. Well, I thanked him and "Sean" and walked out. I'm in the customer service business and there is no way I could get away with treating customers/citizens like this. Funny thing though, all they had to do was show, or even act like the valued my business and I was ready to write a check that day. To me, customer service is everything.
