Bought a GMC Yukon that broke down one month after
Bought a GMC Yukon that broke down one month after purchase. Sales Department, specifically the Sales Manager, did not assist with scheduling the repair and failed to return my phone calls. The vehicle was still under 90 day 4k mile warranty.

We brought my car in for an oil change.
We brought my car in for an oil change. During my previous visit it was determined that I needed to change my air filters. The week before we brought in my car for service my husband changed 2 filters. At our current visit I was told they needed to be changed (again). In the future please have your mechanic look under the hood to make sure they have or have not been changed (not just go on the notes in the computer).

Not a good experience.
Not a good experience. They charged me $104 for a service i never asked for and charged me $400 for a diagnosis and never made a single repair. I took my car another dealership and they could not find the problem that they identified and tried to charge me an additional $700 for. I feel like they tired to take complete advantage.
