So, drove 2 hours 45 min.to look at a car. Per the salesperson, services had been performed, test drove it and the purchase was made. Bought as is. Drove back home and noticed a leak forming directly under the rear differential. Brought the vehicle to O'Brians to have service department give me a diagnosis and quote for work required. Informed me once I had asked if it appeared that service was done prior to the sale, the response was no due to the caked on dirt and oil that had formed over time on the differential. Was anticipating the job to be more costly, it was reasonable. Moral of the story: Have a 3rd party inspect your vehicle, preferably a certified service department. I was looking for a local establishment to be the primary maintenance facility for my corvette. I found it here at O'Brian's. PS. Once all the work is completed, the intention is to write a scathing review on the former GM certified dealership which the vehicle was purchased from.

Drove 1 hour to look at a vehicle I saw online...dealer could not find the key........hey, we're all human it could happen to anyone....we went to run some errands while they got a key "cut"..turns out they have to tow to the Ford dealer to get the key "cut and programmed"......it's late in the day so it's apparent that we are not going to see/test drive the car.....apologies all around....we drive home agreeing to return the next day to test drive/deal........I'm 30 miles into the 60mi drive to give these folks a second chance when the "used car sales manager" calls and tells me he has sold the car to an internet buyer who happed to show up 1/2 hour before myself............I will let you form your own opinion...........but to me it was totally unprofessional An added black eye...the dealer was recommended to me by on of there employees. The only comment I got from management was "hey you don't pass up a sale in the car business".........What they have lost is a customer for life and any confidence I have in Chevorolet and their dealers/products......DID I MENTION THAT I USED TO SELL CARS FOR A LIVING!!!!!!

I asked for a consultation on a used car I saw on Cars.com. I got a call from a very nice salesperson and we made an appointment. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet with them, but they have been very nice. Helpful but not pushy. I would recommend them, but I decided to buy a new car from another dealer. Best thing... they haven't' been calling me every day trying to sell me another car. I liked them a lot.
