2023 Subaru Outback

Purchase of Subaru Outback Premium

On April 15, 2023 I purchased a Subaru Outback Premium at Subaru of Sonora. Everyone was very helpful. This was the 2nd time in purchasing a car from them.

On the Road repairs

I was 4 hours from home when my 2014 Subaru Outback needed repairs. It was towed to Sorora Subaru, they diagnosed the issue, and fit me into their schedule all in the same day. They had the needed part, said the technician would stay until the repair was made, and I picked up the car on Friday afternoon at 5:00 PM. From the initial call to pick up, all were very helpful and made sure I could get home safely.

Ford F250

Wow What a great experience. The service department was outstanding. My windshield wiper arm was broken, the service department got right on the problem. I did not purchase this truck from Sonora Ford and did not have an appointment, I informed the person that I lived in Nevada and need the wiper fixed because of my travel over the Sierras and the possibility of snow or rain. The service checked the problem and took care of it right away. Such a relief to get it repaired. It was covered under warranty best of all. I highly recommend this dealership for repairs the staff was outstanding. If I lived in California i would definitely purchase a vehicle from them and have all my services performed by them.

Quick and easy

Excellent Customer Service

From scheduling the service appointment for my vehicle all the way to when I received the final paperwork, the staff at Sonora Ford were absolutely amazing. Each and every person I encountered was polite, respectful, and helpful. This level of customer service is to be appreciated and celebrated. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service or my next vehicle purchase.

Sonora Ford! Always a Great Experience!

Bought our third car from Joe Carnes. We were turning in a leased Outback that we loved. We needed something to seat 8 and pull a boat. Joe called and said he had something we might like. He set up the financing and rolled over $6000 of residual value from the lease return as a down payment! Quick, easy and we love the Expedition he got us into!
