    I just purchase my third vehicle from Johnson Auto Plaza This experience proved to me once again that the fair and friendly way they deal with their customers is no fluke. It is obviously a philosophy. I have had my other vehicles serviced at Johnson and the same quality service holds true.

    If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had service done at Johnson's Auto Chevy dealer and it was the best experience ever. I heard about their "Quick Service" oil changes, so I thought I'd give it a try since I happen to be around Brighton. When I first pulled up, I was greeted by Ilene and Rob. They were very attentive to my needs, listened to me and had a genuine conversation with me. Within minutes of me going to the waiting room, they offered me water and let me know that my car needed an update, and that they would take care of it. To my surprise, it was much quicker than I anticipated, only 30 mins, in and out! No more days of dropping my car off of waiting for hours. I will definitely be coming back to get all my service needs, even if the drive is 45 mins away for me! It was quick, clear communication, very trustworthy and no-pressure. They went above and beyond and treated me with respect.

    Conducted most of business via phone and text from 300 miles away. Drove over with trade was only at Dealer For 30 minutes in and out. No surprises signed papers went home. ALMOST too easy.

    Updated review: Tom in service is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing my vehicle and sending me one my way within 30 minutes! Amazing! Manager Matt Boone is like water to a fire. He took the time to sit and talk to me, listen to my complaints, and made me feel as though he was listening to what I was saying and not just brushing me off. He was the only manager on staff and I knew he was extremely busy yet, he pushed his work aside, ignored the phone calls and gave me his full attention. Never did he make me feel like I had been "black listed" by him or the dealership for my original review, 2 days prior to our meeting. I would consider purchasing another car in the future from Matt. Thank you.

    Once you pay they forget about customer service! I bought a brand new, right off the truck 2017 Suburban on Dec 27, 2016. The salesman Rich explained that since it was new, it would need to have a few parts put on (grill, running boards, exhaust tip). This was explained to me after signing almost all the documents. I was then told that the parts would be in on that Friday the 30th and he would call me to set up a time. The appointment would take about 45 minutes. After days of communication with the salesman (mostly from my end) he let me know my parts were finally in and I wasn't the only one that had to deal with this. I went in the next day January 12th (almost 3 weeks later than the 3 days I was told). I arrived at little before 10am. Finally at 12pm the same salesman said he would "check on what was taking so long". A few moments later he came back and said "sorry, miscommunication, they weren't working on your vehicle. It will be about 20 minutes". At 1:27pm (yes. 3 1/2 hours later) my car was done. If anyone has planned a 45 min wait in a car dealer with a 3 year old child and it turns into 3 1/2 hours... It's awful. No food. Nothing to do. He was becoming a monster. I was out of patience. The good thing was, that my floor mats had also come in and they had put them in my vehicle. I drove home and was excited to open the boxes (all pit in the cargo area) and use my mats. Nope! I only had 1/2. Yes. Half of my mats. The salesman again was like "Oops. Sorry. Lol ". Fun fact. I live 20 miles away! So I drive there again to get the remaining mats. I notice some rub marks in the paint. The salesman says "they can buff it out, next time" That never happened. On Jan 30th (one month old) I take my car to car wash. I return home and realize the insert on my running board is gone. I call and drive back to wash. It can't be reinstalled. I message salesman and he tells me they will need to order the part and will let me know. I hear nothing from him. I contact him again on Feb 7th. He says "Yes, it's in. Come down. Will take about 30 minutes to install." I drive down and wait. An hour later a service tech explains that he had to "glue the part in, as they didn't have one for me". Wait?! What?! The salesman response "well at least it looks better. The parts in order". I had been told the part had been orders and was in?! The sad part in all of this is, I have been extremely nice and understanding the entire time! On the 10th of February I had decided to contact Todd Yoder (the manager) and express my concerns. I get transferred straight to his voicemail. I leave a brief message stating that I would like to speak with him in regards to my vehicle. 30 minutes later: I get a call back. NOT from the manager, but from the same salesman I have been dealing with! Today is February 21st and I still have NO running board and NO one has contacted me. Yes. Another 3 weeks... horrible customer service. I feel like they were great when they wanted my money and once I did, they were "done" with me. Also. If you have a toll road sticker in a vehicle you trade in, remove it! We received a toll bill from our traded in vehicle showing the dates of the tolls were after they had purchased it. I told the salesman to please peel it off and we would pay the tolls. At this point what's another $6...? I will update this review when and if, I ever receive my running board. This was my 3rd (and. Ow last) purchase from them. My parents had previously bought 2 new cars from them.

    I just purchased a jeep from out of state. I drove it for 200 miles and the check engine light came on. I went to Johnson auto plaza on my lunch break. I worked with Jake and he made the experience very nice. I was in and out in about 30-40 min. he fixed the problem and I was on my way. Thank you Jake.

    Worst service ever. Complain and they will tell you someone will get back to you. But that never happens. Once they get your money they are gone.
