Hanson Subaru

Completely pain free experience. No haggling no running back and forth to the manager. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and they made it happen.

Hatch problem on my 2019 Outback

I can't say enough good things about Hanson's staff and service. They are wonderful! The issue for me is whether the problem with my hatch not always opening all the way, then closing again, is going to be fixed with the new parts. It did this again yesterday, after it was serviced. It may be a problem with this year and/or model. But I'm going to stay optimistic and see if it persists.

How long must we wait?

Brought our Ascent in for service and recall work that was months behind schedule. Yes, they gave me a rental for the day but before the recall work could finally be done the needed tool broke!

My first new Subaru

These guys are GREAT! No mark up over MSRP on any new Subaru and they just happened to have the exact car I wanted in the right color. I love my new Subaru Forester Wilderness! Both salespeople I worked with (Aaron and Brandon) were perfect! My finance guy, Chris Miller, was professional and low pressure.
