Don't buy or have your vehicle fixed at Cowles Parkway Ford. I have been trying to reach the Donald Hooper (General Manager) for over a year about the poor service. No one from this dealer has ever tried to reach me.

Worst dealership ever!!! I dropped my car off on Friday with the service manager. I was calling nonstop trying to get the car picked up. Apparently only the service manager handles the hard jobs/large vehicles etc. I couldn’t get a hold of him until Monday morning. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was told he stepped out. This place has the worst customer service. Now they just hang up on me because they are busy! All the guys have attitude problems here. Stay away from this dealership!!

All of my dealing with this dealership have been strictly over the phone. I contacted a salesperson named Francisco about a new passenger van after finding it on cars.com. Francisco sent me the quote for the van which was $1200 more than cars.com, but I was not that worried I thought I could be negotiated. I told him that I was interested in the van and I would like him to work up a price for me. He sent over a quote the next day for $11,000 over the quoted price! I figured up the taxes myself and the dealership had jacked the price up $8,000! I emailed Francisco twice and called three times finally getting ahold of him on the third attempt. He told me that he would have is manager Brian call me. After two days of not hearing from Brian, I left him two messages for call backs and did not receive any returned calls. I still have not spoken to Brian about this whole incident. After no response from Brian, I called to speak to the sales manager and was transferred to a woman named Huta. I explained my story about the van and she said that they had had a price change on the van ( which was conveniently after I told them I was interested in the vehicle) . She asked how she could help and I responded that they could honor the price that was given to me. Hutas response was to laugh at me, she physically LAUGHED at a potential customer and told me that the dealership could change the price at any time they liked. First of all, who laughs at a customer when they are taking a complaint? I was not rude, I did not raise my voice, I simply wanted them to honor the quote that was given to me. Second, who does business like that? Who changes the price in the middle of a deal when it suits them? Huta also told me that she would talk to the general manager about my situation and get back to me or have him call me. That has been 4 days now and no response.

I'm very pleased with the service as always. I called, dropped off the car at night, by the next day at noon it was ready. Other places gave me like a week of waiting. Highly recommend this place.
