    I’ll Start by saying Jon Parker is a great salesman and deserves five stars however, I’ve had the great pleasure of driving around in a 2018 Ram, in which... the A/C blew out just a couple of days after purchase. It has now been nearly two weeks of driving around in 90 degrees with no A/C! Pikes Peak Acura finance guy Jeff sets me up with their maintenance guys up at Colorado Springs Dodge..so I take a day off and drop my vehicle off at 0950 AM yesterday AND IT TOOK ME CALLING AT 1600 to hear anything back in which they tell me some BS about my truck being under Canadian Warranty and they can’t reach certain people at Pikes Peak Acura to discuss the details. I called Pikes Peak Acura myself and Jon is the only one I could get ahold of. He is literally the only reliable person there that I’ve talked to and always bending over backwards to pick up for everyone’s slack. Long story short I end up getting a ride from a friend to pick up my truck (45 minute drive)! SERVICE DEP IS NOW CLOSED! STILL NO A/C! PIKES PEAK ACURA (JEFF) STILL HASN'T RETURNED MY CALL OR TALKED TO TODD AT CO SPRINGS DODGE REGARDING THE WARRANTY. It’s funny how pushy everyone was being when buying the truck but now that I’ve been driving around in a hot xxx truck, I hear my vehicle is under Canadian warranty and can’t get a xxxx call back. Thanks, Pikes Peak Acura..I’ll gladly delete this review when I get taken care of. Sincerely, A Fed Up Customer

    I bought a 2011 MDX on Saturday. My initial experience was fine. I came in and let the salesman, Steve, know what I was looking for and he did great going... through inventory with me. The manager – forgot his name- came over and told me about a 2011 MDX that they had just taken in. He gave me a rough price that was within my budget (since they just got it, it was not ‘officially’ priced yet). I came back from an extended test drive and sat down to go over numbers. Before they would give me any price they wanted me to sign a blank purchase proposal – Steve said it was “to make sure I was interested”. Of course I was interested – at this point I had been at the dealership for at least two hours. No one signs something to see online prices so why the xxxx would I sign a blank proposal in order for them to be able to give me a number. There was definitely something fishy going on there. I refused to sign so Steve came back with a price… the price he gave me was almost 3K higher than the price that I was told before I even drove the car. We agreed on a price that was closer to what I was originally told. The sale was contingent upon their standard 129pt inspection and a detail. Before I drove the car I was told that it had not been inspected or detailed yet. Somehow magically in the middle of the sale Steve was told that the 129pt inspection actually had been done. I highly doubt that it was, so hopefully something doesn’t go wrong with it soon. The sticker on the windshield says that an oil change is due in the next few miles so I am going to have to pay extra for that now when they should have done it. The car also had not been fully detailed. It was vacuumed, kind of, and washed on the outside. The car was pretty clean anyways so it wouldn’t have taken more than 20-30 minutes for them to at least wipe the dust off the dash/doors. I also had to replace the battery the same night that I took it home. I was in my driveway messing with settings for about 15 minutes and it died. After replacing the battery, a code for the radio was required. I took it to service yesterday and the service guy came back after having it for about 15 minutes and he said their computer wasn’t recognizing the serial number. He gave me the serial number that he got for my radio and a number to call. He said the radio was probably replaced at some point so that is why their system wasn’t recognizing it… xxxxxxxx. I sat outside in my car and called myself. The tech service on the phone walked me through how to get my serial number from the radio so they could get my PIN for me. The serial number that the tech at the dealership was wrong. It was missing the last three numbers. The whole call start to finish took me about 15 minutes. Either the service department couldn’t be bothered to fix a quick issue or they have no idea what the xxxx they are doing. I am going to guess both. Anyways, I bought the car because of the car and will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. I previously worked in car sales, for about 5 years, and know how things should go and this is not it.

    I went in to have a key cut and programmed for my TSX, it was an aftermarket key and they made it work. The service department staff was super professional... and extremely nice. They did an amazing job and for half the price anyone else offered. I highly recommend Pikes Peak Acura to anyone

    Spent a lot of money on a car 8 months ago. I thought i was given 2 keys when i bought the car, turns out I was given 1 key and a half key. I went to... ask why i only recieved 1 key i was pretty much told it was to save them money. The buying process was long and annoying which is why i didn't notice i only recieved 1 key. Instead of being a happy customer im writing this review over a key fob on a 30k car i bought 8 months ago. I hope you realize now i wont recommend anyone to this dealership. However, The service center is on point and friendly. I probably wont be getting my oil changed here anymore so that doesn't really matter.

    Our sales person was Tom. He worked his butt off to get us a deal. We had a lot of negative equity in our trade-in and had a few credit challenges. But... Tom, Leif, and JR worked and worked until we had a deal. We purchased a 2016 MDX and it is the BEST car! It was a fast and painless car buying experience. We will definitely go back!

    Everyone is warm and welcoming here! Blake helped me, and I highly recommend him. I never felt pressured into anything, and he listened and worked with... me and my finances. The test drives were never awkward, yet sill very professional. He knows his stuff but never once talked down to me like I was a stupid woman. When he was negotiating numbers with the bosses, the other salesmen would talk to me and offer me a beverage. Overall everyone was wonderful.
