We just purchased a new RDX from Criswell Acura in Annapolis and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the purchasing process. This will sound odd,... but purchasing a vehicle is not ONLY about the best price. Don’t get me wrong, a good price is extremely important but so is the way customers are treated by the dealership and salesman. When buying a new vehicle, one would expect to be treated well -- Criswell Acura did just that (unlike some other dealers that we visited). Nate Chapelle, our salesman made our car buying experience pleasurable – exactly what it should be when you are spending that much money. Nate is exceptionally professional, polite, respectful, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about Acura products, lives up to his promises, and is not pushy. He explained the options, but let us make the decisions. As promised, Nate expedited our sale – had everything pre-prepared, the vehicle cleaned, along with a full tank of gas, no waiting around, no trying to sell us extras, and we completed the entire transaction in about an hour. This is almost unheard of! When we drove away, we could not believe how fortunate we were to find a dealer like Criswell, and A salesman like Nate. We will highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family, and are happy to tell them about our wonderful experience.

An hour after agreeing on a price and a time to test drive the salesman sent me an email stating he has decided to check the car into demo service and... would not sell the car to me. No apology, and no offer of a comparable deal. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We purchased a 2018 MDX on Jan 23, 2018. The overall experience was excellent as was our sales representative Kae Engel- Teta. The amount received for... our trade-in was fair and the price on the MDX was competitive.
great new modern facility. State of the art analytics and service bay. Nice free snacks and drinks too in a large lounge overlooking the sales floor!!... Usually I can call and get service the same day and if I need a loaner I get a nice loaner too. Adam who is in charge of the service dept. Is very knowledgeable and pretty friendly for a guy who I'm sure has to deal with high stress clients and must face any number of urgent demands on an hourly basis. Glad you are my neighborhood dealership.

My car buying experience at Audi Annapoli was very pleasant! This was largely credited to how AMAZING Renzy was from the second I walked into the deal...ership to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new 2018 A4. He helped me find what I was looking for and opened my eyes to some things I hadn't considered. Prior to Audi Annapolis, I had been to dozens of dealerships and felt uncomfartable and defensive. Renzy is very trusting and easy-going; I was able to let my guard down without feeling that I was getting scammed or swindeled. This was my first time getting a car alone, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to have worked with Renzy and the folks at Audi Annapolis. The next time I'm shopping for a new car, this will be my first stop!
I traded in an Audi and purchased a 2015 A4S. It was priced appropriately and I was able to negotiate reduction. The value given for my trade was fair.... I was out of the dealership with the new ride in about 2 hours, which included the test drive. In two days I had a chip in the paint on the drivers door and was upset that something like this could occur so quickly. I called my sales consultant, Vance Ellis. He told me to come in immediately and he took the car to his paint repair guys and had the car back to me in 15 minutes and it was good as new. that was complete responsiveness. If you are looking at are-owned Audi, think of Criswell and ask for Vance Ellis.
