    My wife and I in the last 2 years have made three purchases form Lee's and in all three cases we have been treated with respect and like family. We couldn't be more impressed with the service that we receive each and every time we've been there. I still stop in from time to time just to look at some of the fantastic cars they get. I for one am sure that the Goodwin Family will be a Life long customer at Lee's. And if you check them out I am sure you will be too.

    Just recently purchased a used vehicle from these guys and I must say that they are top notch! My experience with them was amazing. No back and forth negotiations between salesman and manager like at the large corporate dealerships. I would recommend Lee's Auto to anyone in the hunt for a used car!

    Poor customer service!!! Sales personnel act like you don't exist. No lead way off sticker price. Then won't repair any of the things broke, telling you what do you expect you are not buying a new car and saying it rudely. Oil service light came on 50 miles down the road, bought oil and asked them to change was told too busy. Very disappointing NOT ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER. BELIEVE ME WILL BE TAKING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME.

    This place is great. Debbie and the team there couldn't have treated us better. My wife and I have credit problems from years ago, but Lee's auto approved us when others wouldn't. My wife and I both have new vehicles that we love very much and it's all thanks to Lee's auto. I can't express my thanks enough. If anyone needs a vehicle I'm sending them to you.

    I know I am late in writing this review...but here it is. As someone who has heard terrible things about buying from used car dealerships I was skeptical but I needed a reliable car for my son and we could not buy a new one. We bought our Dodge Avenger last year from Lee's on a Saturday. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy. We took our time, looked around, went for a test drive, and decided on the car. Before we left we were told if we had any problems with the car to tell them right away. Well, about a week later there was a problem - a hose was leaking - and my son got an estimate for $700 from a repair shop. I called Lee's and they told us to bring it back - they found, and repaired the problem FREE OF CHARGE. We did have subsequent issues with the check engine light, and they said - BRING IT IN! Nothing was found - it was a quirk of the car. I felt less pressure buying from Lee's then I ever have at a new dealership. They stand by their cars, and their word. Today, we are going back for another car. I hope to write another great review.

    After reading some of the negative reviews, I was doubtful that I would be as pleased as I am. I guess some people are unreasonable, and they blame others for their issues. My wife and I were looking for a Jeep Commander, and they had exactly what we were looking for. On the test drive we noticed that a interior door handle was broken, and they said they would take care of that. I then went to my bank, and they denied me due to the age of the Jeep. I told Debbie, and she told me that she would get us in the one we wanted, and she made it happen for a very decent payment. (less than expected) My wife is very happy with her new grocery getter, and I am too. My experience was better than expected, and they had the best price around. I noticed that all of their cars seemed to be very good priced. To those that say they are over-priced, I would have to say you really need to shop around and compare. You will be back at Lee's.

    Overall a very poor experience. Worked with Debbie who was very unpleasant and seem inconvenienced that I wanted to negotiate. Dogs were milling about the office, It was frankly unsanitary. Overall unless the deal is too good to believe I'd stay away from Lee's. BTW I never met Lee, unsure if he exists.

    At Lee's Auto Center, we are a family business with an owner by the name of Joey Lee. We strive to provide great customer service to all of our customers. In this case, a Jeep Wrangler selling for $8,950.00 was negotiated down with the owner. Pete brought a friend by the next day to look at the vehicle with him and at that time, he saw a very small coolant leak which ended up being a small crack in the seam of the radiator. He also mentioned that they saw a bend in the trailing arm. In doing a further inspection by one of our technicians, we saw a small leak of oil from the front axle seal which was not mentioned by Pete or his friend. We repaired all of these issues, no questions asked. We do not intentionally ever want for our customers to have a potential problem of any kind. When we called Pete to let him know the Jeep was ready for him to pick up, he attempted to negotiate, despite agreeing to a price already. We attempted to fix all of the issues that were agreed upon prior, however, we could not come to a compromise. In regards to the animals in the office; we do have a dog name Finn at the lot, whom our customers love.
