I cannot say enough positive things about Criswell

I cannot say enough positive things about Criswell Chevrolet and Peter Eaton to be exact. I felt comfortable the moment I spoke with Peter, he was never pushy and took the time to identify my wants, needs, and desires. He guided me towards the best options for me and my family. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership and if you are in the market for a Chevrolet Corvette I recommend your search begin and end with Criswell Chevrolet and make sure to check in with Peter, you won't regret it!

We brought our brand-new, 3-month-old Chevy vehicle

We brought our brand-new, 3-month-old Chevy vehicle (still under full factory warranty) to Criswell Chevrolet for serious safety concerns. Unfortunately, the Service Manager, Mr. McCormick, refused to even inspect or diagnose the issue — simply because we had purchased the vehicle from a different dealership. Despite it being a Chevrolet product under warranty, Mr. McCormick stated he was "not obligated" to service vehicles not sold by Criswell. When we asked for this refusal in writing, he declined. No technician even looked at the vehicle — we were turned away after wasting two trips. This behavior is highly concerning, especially given that Maryland’s consumer protection laws prohibit arbitrary denial of warranty service (UDAP violations). If the dealership was overbooked or short-staffed, a reasonable response would have been to offer a future appointment — in fact, their advisor Shane was initially working to help us schedule service until Mr. McCormick intervened. The treatment we received was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and left us extremely disappointed. If you did not purchase your vehicle directly from Criswell, be prepared to be refused service, even for critical warranty issues.

Mario Adams went above and beyond in helping us purchase

Mario Adams went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new truck. After not having great experiences at a few other dealers, our son first contacted Mario to inquire about a truck for us. Mario sent him listings with our requirements. After reviewing the listing we called him and set an appointment with him with the understanding that we did not have much time. Mario got the two trucks we were interested in moved up front of the dealership and had them ready for us to see and was standing next to them as we pull in the dealership. Mario is professional, very pleasant, honest and an all around good guy. As promised, he help us choose the truck after the test drives, got the trade in we needed and got us through finance with time to spare. Mario's exceptional service has made this car buying experience the best we have ever had. Thank you Mario!!!!

Wow.

Wow.. Shout out to Lucas Krause!! He was my Service Advisor for my 2021 Chevy Malibu. I’m so glad I didn’t prolong my time, too long, in bringing my car into the dealership when the engine light came on. I pulled into the service lane and immediately Mr Krause came to assist me with my concern. He was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my car. He, in fact, went to great detail about explaining the problem (internal pcv valve system), and how it’s supposed to flow. How he explained the situation put me at such ease, and also because I brought the car in, in an early stage, he saved me thousands, because if I had waited, I could have been paying for maybe a new engine! What also help put me at ease, was how he kept me informed and updated on my car. And I love my Chevy! Again… Thanks again to Mr. Lucas Krause. I’m extremely satisfied with how well my car is running. Job Well Done Sir😀

Mr Lucas Krause went the extra mile in assisting me and my concerns during my cars stay at the dealership.No worries. She is running well now. How he kept me informed and updated on my car, as well as explaining in great detail on the Internal pcv valve system( the situation), I saw that he as my service advisor, has a love for the profession. He definitely seems to be a people person, because he’s very customer friendly, he answered all my questions with quite a bit of knowledge about cars, which put me on ease. Oh yeah,did I also mention that he saved me thousands, because I caught it at an early stage (could’ve been looking at a new engine, and I love my Chevy)! Any future problems or regular maintenance checks, you bet, I’m gonna call on Lucas😀 Kudos to you Lucas…Job Well Done Sir.

Mr Mario Adams was so knowledgeable and accommodating I truly wanted to close a deal through him. I’ve purchased many vehicles over 67 yrs , this was the most satisfying experience.

Mario was fantastic!

Mario was fantastic! He had a sense of what I wanted, and assisted me in every way to make my purchase possible!! He was kind, and witty!
