    This salesman needs to learn how to deal with customers. He was very pushy, and when informed that my wife doesn't like to communicate with salesman because of the fast talk he took it personally. What's more, my wife didn't tell him that truth. I did. He immediately stated that he didn't like customers with an attitude, my wife exits, and then he continues to tell me how ridiculous my wife is. I would talk to other salesman at this dealership. Tony McIntosh was at least understanding.

    I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. I didn't end up buying a car here (another dealership went a little lower on price),. While the other dealership was good, I really liked the Front Range salesman and this manager and their work ethic better. I stopped in here after my first visit to the other dealership, and they made some things clear to me that weren't very clear to me at the other dealership. I was actually hoping their price would be close to the other dealerships because I really would have preferred giving them my business. I never felt pressured or like I was being played or like they were exaggerating to try and create a false sense of urgency. I am hoping their service center ends up being just as great as they were. I plan on using them for service because the sales staff seemed so honest and upfront. I hope the service center is as well.

    ***Update - after getting bad reviews and a couple of Facebook posts, the dealership finally did get a refund for the system to my daughter on November 3rd. I still can't recommend them in good conscience, since it took outside pressure for them to do right by their customer.*** *********************************************************************************************** My daughter paid Front Range Honda $600 to have the KARR system installed on her car. First, she was told by "Cherry" it wold take 15 minutes for "Johnny" to install the system. It ended up taking over and hour, which made her late for work. From the beginning, the system did not work. It went off while she was driving, horn blaring and lights flashing. She drove right back to the dealership, who told her that Cherry and Johnny were gone for the day and "come back tomorrow"> she went back the next day, and told them to remove the system, because at this point, it had become horrible to even try to drive the car. She told Cherry she wanted a refund. Cherry called the "finance manager", who first claimed she hadn't paid for the system. He then went to check paperwork and found that she had paid. He then told her that the money "is gone" and nothing they could do, Cherry told her she would keep after the guy to try to get a refund. Today they told her she wasn't getting any money back and offered her a few oil changes. This is the third car purchased by her family this year. It will be the last. This dealership is totally untrustworthy, they will steal from their customers. Everything is great until something goes wrong, then they just want to see the back of you and not hear from you ever again. Crooks.

    DO NOT let them talk you into financing your car with ENT credit union. You will have nothing but problems with this credit union. It starts off okay with a $5.00 minimum savings account balance - which you will pay interest on this. But the bank itself is a nightmare, at best. You have to then open a checking and obtain either a debt card or open a new credit card. Their online banking is a complete nightmare. I purchased my automobile over a month ago and am still trying to link an outside ENT account to their system. Ha Ha the teller giggles, "our system is always slow", we have technical issues. This is not what you want in a bank. Go anywhere else for banking. The dealer is average, the first time we went our credit wasn't in the best of shape and our sales representative actually turned around and walked away from us. The only reason we went to Front Range was because they had the only model in stock we wanted after the hail storm in July of 2016. In addition to this rating, I am trying to log in to my ENT account and it is still trying to log in while I typed this entire rating and still have not accomplished the task. Good Luck !!

    My husband and I walked in to the Front Range dealership, we were not approached by anybody for the first 5 minutes or so. We weren't ready for a sales rep yet but when we were finally approached, our sales rep Ryan was super friendly, shook our hands, let us look at every car we wanted to and by the end of the day, we walked out of the dealership with a beauty. Ryan was very professional amd helpful. You can bet that we will be back to see RYAN for our next vehicle purchase.

    My husband and I walked in to the Front Range dealership, we were not approached by anybody for the first 5 minutes or so. We weren't ready for a sales rep yet but when we were finally approached, our sales rep Ryan was super friendly, shook our hands, let us look at every car we wanted to and by the end of the day, we walked out of the dealership with a beauty.     I had a great experience from the time I emailed about a pre-owned CR-V to the time I left. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. I'd had an unsuccessful trip to Denver at another Honda dealership and needed a vehicle. Front Range employees were friendly and helpful. Chris did his best to meet me at my needs for monthly payment, down payment, etc. Logan was great in the finance dept. A comment made by an employee was, "You know, we'd all like to make a million bucks on a car, but in the end, you have to acknowledge and meet a customer's needs." That comment sticks with me because you don't expect it from a car dealer. Thank you, Front Range!

    I have been a Nissan die-hard Nissan car owner (last 4 new cars were Nissans), UNTIL I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and found they were no longer making that model. No reasons given. So I took my business to Honda because I knew they also made good cars! I started with AARP auto program to locate a model and participate in the discount program. The Front range Honda salesman connected with Internet sales, David M., contacted me, and the rest is history.. I took my AARP certificate to the dealership, which they honored, and completed our car purchase in three hours. I went back once to get my detailed sales contract. We were introduced to service and parts employees. Everything was so orderly with checklists. David gave us detailed explanation of vehicle parts. We couldn't be happier. Three rows of seats give us enough space when family visits! New HONDA die-hard!
