9/26/2024 RECALL VISIT Online feedback. 9/26/2024. A few weeks ago I received a safety recall notice from Toyota concerning my 2023 Prius. The notice said for me to contact my Toyota Service Dept. "to make an appointment to have the remedy performed asap. We recommend you contact your dealer to schedule an appointment in advance to confirm parts availability" S last week I called for the appointment and told the lady who said she would make it for me that the appointment was for a recall. She verified that it was for my 2023 Prius, so she had my file up on her computer. The appointment was for just a few days later so I asked her if they had the parts. She said yes so, we agreed on a date and time. On 9/25/2024 I drove the 35 miles and checked in. The wait was only 45 minutes when a gentleman handed me a paper and said "Your all set". Since the recall notice said it could take approximately 1 1/2 hours I decided to read the paper before I left. The service report restated the recall notice and ended with "ORDERED RECALL PARTS" I then talked to the service advisor BIANCA GARCIA and explained that I was there for the recall work to be performed and that I had been assured that they already had the parts. She checked and no, they did not have the parts. I can't believe that they expect me to drive 35 miles, wait 45 minutes and drive another 35 miles home just so they can order the parts and for me to make another visit to perform the work. You would think that they would have figured out a way over the last 20 years to eliminate this customer inconvenience or they just don't care. Ms. Garcia said she would call investigate. Still waiting.

The customer service I received at Toyota Service center was outstanding. They work with you and are completely upfront about pricing and what is going on with the vehicle. Only dealership service center I’ve ever walked into stressed and out reassured. As well as paying less than what I was expecting. 10/10 would recommend coming here.

Jim Young and Sergio Pettis were both very professional and really know their stuff. I found exactly the vehicle I wanted, and was in and out within a few hours. Got good advice about leasing and other finance issues also. Pueblo Toyota seems to have a very good team at every level these days. Only problem is that some vehicles don’t last more than a few days at their lot due to high demand. Thanks for a great experience.

Excellent service! Bianca in service department is the best! She went out of her way to help us get back on the road to our vacation destination after a gravel put a hole in our radiator. The chief mechanic discovered the source of the codes, Bianca ordered the parts, and he had it fixed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Pueblo Toyota- everyone was so nice and helpful!
