Minnesota Truck Headquarters of St. Cloud

The team over at MTH of Saint Cloud really came through. We had some unexpected delays which caused me to have to wait longer then i wanted to. However, the important part here is that Hunter and co-workers kept me updated several times a week. When it became apparent there was a issue with one of the rims on the truck, they spared no expense and literally bought me four brand new factory 22" rims and tires for my truck. I own a construction company with 16 employees and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this company and their employees do good business by pricing vehicles competitively and taking care of customers. I didn't even ask for 4 new rims and tires, they just did it because making customers happy is what all successful companies work hard to do!! Thanks again for the experience!! Chris K

Bought a vehicle from Taylor about 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience. Very friendly atmosphere and has a kids playground and games which is a added bonus! Everyone was so nice and the vehicle has been great with a great price. Highly recommend!

She also helped us feel confident when we made our decision. Jake ran us some different options and was very transparent about all of them. Jorge found us the best deals and walked us through all the financing in detail. Over all everyone was very thorough, patient, and so beyond pleasant to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle look no further than Taylor Duerr! She went above and beyond for my family and I to get us into our new vehicle ! After buying our last vehicle and having a horrible experience at another dealership, she really made this an amazing one. A shout out to the finance department and management as well for making the buying process so easy! We were able to walk in with all 4 of our kids and Buy a vehicle and we were blown away at the customer service but also the distractions for the kiddos! They had an indoor playset and arcade!
