AMAZING Customer Service! Our car had broke down after hours, and had it towed here (without informing anyone). Received a call right away in the morning... from Gummy asking what they could do to help. After looking over the car, it seemed to better off trading in, then fixing up. Was connected with Luis in sales. Luis went above and beyond to show my wife and I so many options, that it was such a hard choice to make what vehicle to choose. From start to finish, we were treated with EXCELLENT service! Highly recommend, if you are looking for a vehicle to bring your ideas to Luis, as he makes it TOO EASY! I checked out a Jeep Cherokee online (I don't recall the website--cars.com maybe) Stephanie from Glenwood Springs Ford called me in less than an hour.... I recall this was on a Wednesday; I needed a vehicle by the following Tuesday. Things were a bit chaotic for a few days: terminated from my job on Friday, Driver's License also expired; it took a few days to get the cash from my small retirement account. Through it all, Stephanie was professional, compassionate, patient beyond reason...I got my license renewed, received my pay out on the following Tuesday, picked up the Jeep and left for a week's stay in Sedona, Arizona Wednesday morning. AND, she also arranged to sell my old vehicle at the same time. I wouldn't just recommend Glenwood Springs Ford and Stephanie to my friends, I would encourage them to check them out for New or Used vehicles.

BE AWARE! I bought a used Ford F350 diesel truck from Chris Clark and before I got home the cruise control stopped working, the 4-wheel drive stopped working... and a check engine light came on. I took the truck in to my local Ford dealer and was told it would cost $6800 to fix immediate problem. The biggest issues were the vehicle had blown by and that the engine would need to be replaced. When I told Chris Clark at GWSF about it and I wanted them to take the truck back because there was no way they couldn't have known about most of these issues he told me that if I wanted a vehicle with no problems, I should have bought a new vehicle! I have since then read many other bad reviews and would never purchase a used diesel from them. This seems to be a common theme among diesel purchases from Glenwood Springs Ford. They clearly don't care about their customers, just the almighty dollar! They give used car dealers a bad name!
Chris Clarke Replying --- Keith, we are sorry you had a bad experience with the 200,000 mile truck that you purchased from us. Most Dealerships debate... on whether to sell Older, High Mileage Vehicles or not. From our perspective, if we price them for thousands under current market value (like we did with yours), a Buyer can get a fantastic deal if they are willing to take the risk. These vehicles can provide a solution for someone who might not normally afford such a vehicle otherwise. On the other hand, there is an intrinsic risk with purchasing Older, High Mileage Vehicles... they can, and often do, have mechanical failures. Knowing this, we do our best to educate our Buyers regarding this risk, so that they prepared should a mechanical failure occur. Currently, we require 3 forms to be signed by the Buyer which explain what "As-Is" means and what the risks are. Despite this, based on your feedback, we are going to add a 4th "As-Is" Form. Instead of just verbally suggesting that a potential Buyer should have an Older, High Mileage Vehicle checked out by a mechanic ahead of time, like I did with you, the Buyer is now going to sign a form that suggests a 3rd Party inspection. We hope this additional form mitigates any misunderstanding as to the nature of an “As-Is” purchase moving forward. Thank you for feedback.

I called to schedule a repair for my Ford Fiesta 2011 for a recall problem. I was told by Connie that it will take 2 weeks for the parts to come. Two weeks... later I called again and nobody in the dealership had heard about my request and Connie was no where to be found. I called Summit Ford and they have the parts in stock and can get my car in a week. Don;t waste your time with Glenwood Springs Ford! Worst service ever!
