Traded my Tacoma in for a 2011 Tundra. Absolutely love the truck, but was sold to me with a nonfunctional fob or remote. This particular year without the... fob you can only open from the drivers door, so it’s something that needs to be functioning just as a convenience factor . Tire sensor light came on as soon as I left the lot does not blink so which sensor is it?? Don’t know. These are little frustrating things but when you buy a $20,000.00 vehicle you wouldn’t think you would have these to deal with. The fob will be $50.00 + to program after I purchased a new one and the tire sensor issue really?!! Contacted SRQ Motors only to find out I’m pretty much on my own. Chris and the staff very nice and professional customer service was excellent prior to my purchase but you would think they would try to make it right on these little things. I mean in the final mile I think they dropped the ball. If they overlooked these tiny issues what else was missed? Just have a bad taste in my mouth sitting at the Toyota dealer fixing a remote that in my mind should have worked prior to me purchasing the truck ya know? It’s the little things that can make you or break you.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only use my car to go to Doctor appointments and pick up my grandkids once in a while, did not even have... 100 miles on the car and needed a new transmission now with all of this heavy rain the sun roof leaks like crazy flooded the inside of the car I did notice after I got it home when I went through car wash it would leak a little so I never went through car wash again washed by hand this is the first really bad rain we have had and my car was parked outside not in the garage it flooded so bad This car lot had to know about these problems before selling this car very dissatisfied would never recommend this place ever.
Chris bent over backwards trying to get us the best deal possible. it didn't work out this time but we would gladly go back to him again and again.
I am happy with my experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We bought a 2008 Ford Explorer and we are happy with it.
Everyone was great. I absolutely cringe at the idea of walking into a used care place, but these guys were not pushy, they listened to what we were looking... for, and the whole process went smooth. Most of all, we got a fair price, and my wife loves the car...and I am going back to look at trucks.
I have had a great experience at SRQ MOTORS for all my car buying and servicing needs, I love knowing that I will be treated great every time I walk thru... the door. I have especially enjoyed working with RAZZ, he made my experience pleasant and I am looking forward to dealing with him again.
I'm 19yrs old, and I bought my car last night and I love it. I don't know much about cars so I took my boyfriend with me to tell me what the car is about... and he loved it as well. I had a car before but never finance a car before so this was my first time. Jennifer was great and helped me every step of the way. I put very little down and my monthly is just want I wanted nothing more nothing less so I couldn't of asked for a better deal. I would tell anyone to go to this place.
Welp here I am again with my follow up of SRQ as I promised ~ I must retract and eat my words I wrote on Saturday April 19- 2014 ~ Please anyone out there... READ my words !!!!!!!!!!!! This place is one of the MOST unbelievable, crooked, UNETHICAL Car Lot's I have ever experienced in my life !!!! I left there in a panic attack mode ~ FIRST ~ They never bothered to call us back, we had to go there to see what was happening with financing. SECOND ~ The approach they took was a Switch and Bait They tried to sell us a car we did NOT want they KNEW what car we wanted BUT nope they were switching cars on us ( I said Hmmm perhaps a mistake OK give THEM a STRIKE : ( 3 strikes your out ) THIRD ~ OK we got the right vechicle now or excuse me THEY got the proper vechicle down now so financing calculation can begin AGAIN ~ which by the way they knew what they were doing and what vechicle we wanted FOURTH ~ Off we go Test Drive Yay !!!!!! NOPE not a YAY a NO- WAY is more like it ~ Transmission problem BIG time Oh yes they said They stated they just did not get to the car yet ( meaning inspected it for problems Hmmmmm ) BUT they could replace the transmission no problem NO problem OK Strike Two ( BAD TRANSMISSION and EXCUSE ) AND get this ...THEY started to talk about dealerships ( negatively) saying that dealerships get paid up front for ANY repairs they do on new cars its like a scam (ahuh) NEW Dealerships another words have tricks up their sleeves and THESE guys dont ~ they fix the vechicles THERE and transmission will not be Laying in the DIRT like OKAY I said to myself thinking as Manny kept his game on....dirt, transmission, NOT GOOD ~ Now through this whole time Mr. Manny and Ms. Jennifer are eyes blinking constantly, body language, NOT good body language while trying their best to hold this scam up ~Jennifer looking at Manny and Manny just excuse after excuse another words plain old DOUBLE TALK ~BAM busted AND phone ringing off the hook no-one to answer it except yep of course the person helping us and She kept saying to a male( customer) talk to me ~ talk to me ~ talk to me ~ then phone went dead and customer calls back this went on & on & on my point NO ATTENTION to US ....Why~ b/c they sell BAD vechicles and at same time they do NOT help you establish credit, truly I have NO idea what they were actually doing as I saw nothing happening ( meaning lender or even talking to one) it was a bad act gone terribly wrong for THEM ~ They are RIP OFF & CONS ~ Folks I have better things to do than to BLAST used car lots BUT this one took the cake I mean the whole cake and then some !!!!!!!!!!!! NOW THIS IS THE * BEST PART* to Our Experience ~ A person came in a Head Honcho (perhaps,) (who knows,) BUT spoke in Spanish so we could not understand ( RUDE, RUDE, RUDE you know it is NOT good when you cannot understand ANOTHER LANGUAGE ) ~ THEN Mr. Manny comes out and says~ GET THIS Oh we are NOT going to sell this car( Honda Accord ) ( the one we came for ) we are just going to take it to the Auction and sell it !!!!! ~ My Son looked at Him and HIGH TAILED it out of there ~ I think I HOPE I got my point across to EVERYONE out there looking for a car PLEASE PLEASE Take Our experience and RUN the other way THEY wasted 4 hours of our time only to tell us that we cannot even purchase the car now THEY ARE SELLING IT AT AN AUCTION with a BAD TRANSMISSION ~ So this is my story with SRQ we went in to purchase a Honda Accord ~ They were trying to say a Toyota Celtic ( which by the way it the Celtic was parked right by the front door we almost tripped over it NO NO NO an Accord ( Switch and Bait ) only to leave with a COMPLETE BLANK feeling inside and left empty handed LOL ~ Thank Goodness EMPTY HANDED STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THIS IS A TRUE STORY I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO !! Happy Easter ~ My Son and I visited SRQ this Saturday looking for a reliable vechicle for Him as well as a beginning for Him to establish His credit. We... felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed Manny ( salesman ) as well as the rest of the owners and family. I could tell they are a family working very hard to help people find their newly purchased vechicle. We are excited and hopeful that we are able to purchase the car that resonated with us. I felt this lot is this families pride and joy and they are solid personalities as they are not fake double talking people who pull the wool over ones eye's. They speak straight forward and are relaxed and show no form of "unethical" behavior. I will follow up on our experience as we are now waiting to hear back from them. Also one more thing as I read someone speaking of their furniture etc. "We are NOT there to buy furniture and the person who had the negative remark about their furniture well THIS COMMENT speaks for itself. If they were able to go to a dealership with a cash flow to impress the consumer with incrediable FURNITURE ( which obviously ) they can't, they have NO right to insult SRQ with their immature behavior. They are NOT selling furniture they are selling used cars to help people with credit problems. I guess their credit is SO bad they were rejected and this is why they are so insulting. I feel I said enough and I really liked everyone I met. I was driving by and noticed how large the selection of cars this used auto dealership had. They have a variety of cars & they take very good care of the... cars they own. The vehicles I looked in like the Mercedes, BMW's, Cadillacs, Volkswagens & Audi's were to my surprise clean inside and outside. Meeting the sales staff were friendly & actually tried to answer all of my questions. They made me feel really good about my shopping experience, I am willing to recommend this dealership for your first car or trading in your car for another.
