we were treated fair and respectfully. we thought the sales man Paul Sarp was awesome. he was easy to talk to and was honest with us and worked for us... and didn't play games. I would recommend him to friends and family. he deserves the business ..he is how every sales man should be. no messing around just honest and a hard worker. and made us feel important and like we mattered.

Sales manager Mr loughner was very professional, told him what i was looking for and he personally took me to another of their lots and found my car I... described in 5 to 10 minutes,,, he then introduced me to salesman Bob Swartz who made the deal happen. Great manager and great salesman which made my experience buying my vehicle very pleasant. Thank you both for making it easy to buy my vehicle
Ron got back to me quickly and also followed up with me. Did not purchase thru them because I found something closer than the 2 and a half hour drive it... was for me to get there

I found a vehicle that they had online and we started to get aquatinted in the car buying process. I had given them all the information on the vehicle... that I was going to trade in and they asked what I would like to get out of it, and then no response. I’ve left 2 voicemails with the internet sales manager and nothing. I would avoid this dealership, business going elsewhere.
Typical used car buying experience. I was called with an offer on a vehicle that i was interested and i accepted their offer. After returning to the dealership,... i was kept waiting while the "completed the paper work" only to be told that they can't honor the offer they gave me an hour ago
I recently purchased a Subaru Forester and I am very pleased with the performance of this vehicle. I had my first oil charge and the service was very easy... and satisfactory.

Every thing was great until I signed the papers for my car then I was told they only had one set of keys. I was then informed they would get me the second... set within the week. It's been 4 weeks and numerous phone calls to both the salesman and his manager and I still don't have my keys!

After having a freak accident with my Chevy Impala, I was left with the task of buying another car without a trade in, I went to at least 10 dealerships... searching. finally, i went to Kenny Ross Mazda, where I met Samantha Mutich, she was warm, honest and a tremendous help. I would reccommend her to anyone looking for a car. She was knowledgeable, and stuck with me in my search. More sales people need to be like her. She made it worthwhile and a good experience.
