I had a terrible experience with this dealership. As an existing sales and service client, I was attempting to purchase a new vehicle to replace my 2015... model. I asked about pricing through the internet chat and was told that I couldn't have leather interiors in a new CrossTrek, which was crap because my current model and the Subaru website both had that. The internet person fought back and forth with me, only finally conceding when I shared screenshots from the Subaru website. I scheduled an appt to have my trade appraised and, when I drove the 40 minutes each way to the dealership, was stood up by the sales person. I waited 2 hours and left. I was clear about the interior and exterior colors that I wanted, repeating myself in multiple texts and conversations....the sales rep ordered wrong interior color and I had to wait another week to get the right one in. Calls were not returned...bad information was given...and then, I was promised a price point that, when I drove the 40 minutes to finally pick up my car, after more than 5 weeks of back and forth, wasn't honored. I walked out, telling Kenny Ross Sales leads that they were losing both a sales and service customer, went to Sendell Subaru and bought the car I wanted within 2 hours. I learned that the Kenny Ross team doesn't work on commission...and it shows. They didn't care if I bought a car or was happy with their service. They let me walk out the door without so much as an attempt to hold onto my business. Complete waste of a LOT of my time. Lost me for life.
I am so sorry to read this review from a long-time customer, but it's only fair to explain what happened here. During your visit, we discussed a price... that would reflect the state of your trade-in, and after seeing the state of the vehicle, we weren't able to honor that price. Ron got back to me quickly and also followed up with me. Did not purchase thru them because I found something closer than the 2 and a half hour drive it... was for me to get there

I called ahead to make sure my car was available and they scheduled a time slot to make sure the car was ready for me to test drive it... When I got there... the car had been in the body shop days before I called, and I wasted the trip. Definitely do not recommend.

I called ahead before my appointment to let them know I was traveling to the dealership. When I arrived they had the car parked out front already warm... and ready for my test drive. Negotiating was a breeze. The salesman and sales manager were very transparent and honest during the negotiations. I would definitely recommend Kenny Ross Subaru.

Sales manager Mr loughner was very professional, told him what i was looking for and he personally took me to another of their lots and found my car I... described in 5 to 10 minutes,,, he then introduced me to salesman Bob Swartz who made the deal happen. I found a vehicle that they had online and we started to get aquatinted in the car buying process. I had given them all the information on the vehicle... that I was going to trade in and they asked what I would like to get out of it, and then no response. I’ve left 2 voicemails with the internet sales manager and nothing. I would avoid this dealership, business going elsewhere.
Typical used car buying experience. I was called with an offer on a vehicle that i was interested and i accepted their offer. After returning to the dealership,... i was kept waiting while the "completed the paper work" only to be told that they can't honor the offer they gave me an hour ago
I recently purchased a Subaru Forester and I am very pleased with the performance of this vehicle. I had my first oil charge and the service was very easy... and satisfactory.

Every thing was great until I signed the papers for my car then I was told they only had one set of keys. I was then informed they would get me the second... set within the week. It's been 4 weeks and numerous phone calls to both the salesman and his manager and I still don't have my keys!
