    Buford, we've switched to another shop for our car maintenance.  I think management changed and I've seen a lot of new, unfamiliar faces in the shop. ... While I think they were competent and friendly enough, they keep trying to push a lot of unnecessary extra services on me, especially full fluid replacements for just about everything - transmission, brake, coolant, etc.  This bugged me, as this was not according to the manufacturer schedule and I had not experienced any problems with the systems involved.  Moreover, I had actually already done a full fluid exchange for most systems just prior to 2017, when I first brought my car to Cardinale and I had told them of my car servicing history, even providing official Mazda dealership service logs.  My gut feeling says that you shouldn't need a full fluid exchange only a year after you've done it.  Do I blame the service writers?  Not really - my father-in-law who used to wrench at a Dodge dealership mentioned that some dealerships tend to push their service writers to get their customers to pay for more high-margin work, or extra work that may not always be absolutely necessary.  That's just the game they play to make more money.  The final straw however was how the service writers kept on screwing with my car's service schedule, insisting I needed the more intensive maintenance than Mazda recommended. I brought my Mazda to a Mazda dealership since I thought they would be the experts in servicing it - in this, I was mistaken.  I've since switched about 6 months ago to a different dealership that is frank and honest with me about the maintenance my car needs, and their service has been flawless to date. Cardinale, I'd love to come back to you, but I can't trust you any more.

    I went into the dealership with high expectations with a set appointment to talk to not only a salesman but the manager who both happen to not be there... that day or time was offered a drink didn’t get that the salesman name Lynn didn’t even try to sell me the vehicle didn’t seem like he knew his job he kept going to somebody else for info and I traveled from out of town to go to this dealership and it was a bad experience

    Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled... and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!

    I bought a used car from here and when I was filling out my paper work. I was guaranteed that my price wouldn't change by signing on the dotted line. Days... later I had to come back and resign new paper work because it increased. Also my manual and my plate were going to be in the mail right away. It's been over a month and have not received either one. The dealership makes promises but does not follow through. They just made sure they made there sale. The worse customer services I have ever had.

    Gary was the man who helped us and I will say..he is the man! We have never received the kind of honest professionalism, and customer service from any... other dealership I've been to. He made the whole process comfortable and worked with us to make sure we had what we needed and understood our needs to the fullest. He was easy to talk to, and the whole staff treated us like we were family. I recommend anyone in the Arizona vicinity to work with them if you plan on buying a Mazda. You're dealing with real, honest people. Gary thank you so much for making this big buying decisions easier on us.
