    Dead battery, they tested the charging system, and the battery and confirmed that the alternator was working normally, and found a dead cell in the battery.... This is pretty routine stuff, but they were quick and did a nice job. I have confidence in the dealership, that they did a thorough review, and installed the battery correctly, so that the posts connections are tight and to spec.

    I made an appointment to come look at a CPO car a few weeks ago. Alexander helped us and was very nice to us. He never pressured us to buy a car that... day and answered all of our questions. My wife and I both got a chance to drive the car. After we learned more about the cars, we decided we wanted certain options in a certain price point. Although they didn't have a CPO vehicle available right away, he emailed me and has been in touch trying to find me a vehicle that may work for our needs. I typically always get the car salesman speech to sell me a car that day, but there was no pressure or gimmicks here. I was impressed with the customer service. I'm still looking for a car and hope to purchase it from here.

    I bought an S60 a year ago. That experience was excellent. The two times I have it in for service have been great experiences. Booking was easy, the... staff was universally courteous, and they kept me informed every step. I love this dealership.

    I knew exactly the car I wanted from online searches, and Don Beyer's website looked good, so that's the first place I tried. The showroom is easy to reach... in an attractive neighborhood. The salespeople couldn't have been nicer and the sales pressure was not onerous. They found the car of my choice at a nearby dealer and delivered it to my door. The Kia Rio is the most satisfying car I've ever owned.

    I took my Kia Soul to Beyer Kia for a 50,000 mile service. The service advisor, Rachel, was short with me bordering on rude during our interactions. When... I dropped my vehicle off, I inquired about receiving information on purchasing an extended warranty for it. She stated that she would print off the details on warranty options. While I was waiting for the service to be completed Rachel contacted me by text and stated that my car's alignment was off slightly so they wouldnt be rotating the tires which was part of the package I paid for. I then asked if I could just get the oil change done there and obtain the alignment, rotation and break fluid service at another time. She didn't provide an answer. When I returned to pick up my vehicle that afternoon, I asked Rachel if she could please provide the warranty information. She replied only with "No" and left the building. I won't be back and would recommend that other Kia owners look elsewhere for service.

    This was a routine followup to 6,000 mile suggested service which is not an item on the volvo clock. hence at 10,000 miles the needs service light came... on. just a quick unscheduled drop in got the reset done immediately and the car was returned clean after a trip through the car wash and vacuumed.
