    As an older woman who knows next to nothing about cars, it is reassuring to take my car to Don Beyer. I know I can trust them to give me good advice, keep costs at a minimum, show respect for my concerns and my wallet. Since I don't drive the usual number of miles for the expected services, they told me to bring it in every six months. Making an appointment is easy. I've always waited for my service but it's good to know that they have a shuttle service should I be unable to wait. I'm very happy with my Volvo and with Don Beyer and would recommend them highly.

    Brought two of our cars in sequence, and got excellent service for both. One was mainly covered under warranty as well as subcontractor to repair damaged wheel. The second was a service. The rep (Thavery Hour) was very helpful and fun to work with and made a point of keeping me informed of status. Thanks

    The salesman, Mr. Yousef Alhooie, is extraordinary. It is impossible to imagine a better person to work with when purchasing a car. However, his colleague who handles the financial aspect of the transaction could do with some lessons on relating to customers. The purpose of the visit with him was so he could hustle "add-ons" for which you had little need. The ostensible purpose of the visit with him - paperwork - could easily have handled by the salesman. Whatever discomfort this aspect of the deal caused, working with Yousef washed away any unpleasant residue from dealing with his colleague.

    I brought my car in for a starting problem that I've had for months (slow cranking, even though battery was replaced just under a year ago); they couldn't find anything wrong. I'm grateful that I didn't have to pay for a repair (which is a tribute to their honesty), but almost wish they found a problem, as I'm taking a long driving trip next week. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service.

    We had our XC60 in for 40,000 miles service and got a loaner as S60 to drive home since we live in Boyds of Maryland. The service here in Fairfax was spectacular . Service men are so professonal, well trained, very polite and car service was also excellent. Nothing can complaint.
