They were wonderful considering I bought my car from online and during COViD. My sales person was Abdel. He helped me through the entire process. He held... the car for me, mailed the paperwork that I needed and kept me in the loop. He also sent me a video of the vehicle knowing I was not able to be there in person.
Avoid this place like the virus! They are deceitful and have dishonest business practices. They lure you in with prices, ads and flyers only to sucker... you in purchasing a vehicle that is nowhere near their promises. I went in with one such flyer directly from their dealership to me and was told that "You don't really expect to get it for this price do you? This was just a marketing tool and if there was such a thing we would get the deal ourselves!" They offered me a deal that was more than twice the amount of the deal promised on the flyer. The sales manager Olivia argued with me that there was no such thing as an option to purchase a vehicle on a lease car and that the purchase price is always determined when the vehicle is returned. When I proved to her that the option purchase price was already listed on the contract when I first leased the vehicle, she copped an attitude and hastily transferred me to the General Manager David. GSM's excuse for not honoring the flyer and not doing the trade was that they did not need any Grand Cherokees even though right on top of the flyer it says " We are in need of Jeep Grand Cherokees!" The flyer also has bunch of fancy words like price promise guaranteed, No hassles, No gimmicks, No pressure but it was actually a major gimmick! The GSM David proceeded to defend his sales manager and said he didn't want my business. I have never been subjected to such a treatment especially by the management team of a corporation. Stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be a victim of a gimmick. They only want customers that they can sucker or take advantage of!
All went very well - everyone went out of their way to assist me.
Thank you for coming to see us and for the great review. We are glad to hear that everything went well with your car buying process.
Not only did the finance director "Naz" blatantly lie to us about "having" to purchase an extended warranty "to get a lower finance rate", which is fraud,... the Sales Manager "David" stated that "this is not how we do business" and then promised he would FedEx us a new contract to sign without the warranty or GAP (which they also said had to be purchased) and instead sent us a new one WITH gap still on it. When we told them they said they would send us another new one, but when we didn't receive it and asked why theyt said that they had "cashed the original contract WITH the extended warranty and GAP and it was too late" and that we would "have to cancel them on our own". After speaking with our contract attorney (who also purchased a Jeep there but caught them in their lies) we are convinced that this systemic fraud and IS in fact "the way they do business". They have been reported to the Attorney General of both MD and VA and WJLA has indicated to us that they are going to launch a consumer investigation. In times of Covid do we really need idiots like this taking advantage of us??
My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Pilot. Rafi was awesome to work with. We showed up and wanted to see/test drive... several vehicles and he immediately had them all ready to go for us to drive and look over. Each vehicle looked like they were well cared for and contained a folder with the car fax for us to look over. We were very happy with the experience all around. It was probably the best car buying experience that we have had. Highly recommend....ask for Rafi.
Purchased a vehicle from them. Less then 3 years old and pint is bubbling. They refused to replace clear bra I had them install. Trying to make me pay... for replacement that should be under warranty
Website advertising is false and the process to configure the deal online is wrong. Salesman was unaware it existed. 2nd time they have blamed it on IT... issues. Too bad lost a sale
Very poor service and unethical behavior." - wsams66 We had a few recall items on our 2011 Jeep Rubicon. We figured while there, it could use a Virginia... State inspection. After a few hours we got a call stating it didn't pass inspection due to the rear brakes being worn beyond limits. We were told that the repairs would be over a thousand dollars and we declined to have the work done by them. Since the car only had 34159 miles, we didn't feel that the brakes and rotors should have been worn as described by them. The service writer was upset that we declined the repairs and simply kept stating that they would put a rejection sticker on the windshield. Which we said was fine with us. Upon claiming the car and bringing it home, we found that the brake pads and rotors were not worn beyond limits as stated but simply rusted superficially from lack of use. Car subsequently passed inspection without issues elsewhere. When I spoke to the service manager, she was adamant that the brakes were faulty and we should just come claim the car that was already at my house (she had no clue what she was talking about). She was very unprofessional and ignorant about the facts. Had we just taken their word, we would have been unnecessarily spending over a thousand dollars for nothing. The warranty work was not done within the time promised. We couldn't give anything less than 1 star but even that is too much.
Sales specialists not responsive to questions. sales manager turned out to be none responsive. Would have bought if these imbeciles would have responded... to emails.
I wish I could give no stars! We have had the WORST experience EVER with this dealership, specifically with the Service Department (Diane and Mandy). After... taking in our 2018 Jeep TrackHawk twice for the same issue, they refused to see us again. At this point I would NEVER buy another Jeep product again. We initially noticed a smell inside our 2018 Jeep TrackHawk when it would sit in the sun. The smell resembled a dirty gym locker, musty old socks, etc. Anyone who got in our Jeep noticed the smell. 12 Feb 2019 @ 1630 - Jeep dropped off at Dulles Jeep Chrysler Dodge to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and an odor investigated. We believed that the odor was coming from the door panels as we were able to clearly smell it from the mid-range speakers/tweeters. I asked the service writer to please smell the doors where the odor was coming from so that she could identify it to the technician but she refused. 13 Feb 2019 @ 0933 – Mandy informed us that the work had been completed but that she, the technician and the service manager did not smell an odor. I informed her that it was coming from the tweeter speakers in both from doors. She said that a technician would remove the door panels after lunch. Mandy let us know that the vehicle was ready for pickup and that they had indeed found condensation and a 1/4 of standing water in the bottom of the doors. We picked up the vehicle and had pictures of the standing water sent to us by Mandy. A leak test was not performed. WE had to REQUEST a leak test. 26 Feb 2019 @ 12:02 – We dropped of the Jeep for the leak test. I also explained how we’d had multiple instances of moisture build-up on the inside of the front windshield. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said that there was no way for her to verify or do anything about that. She also stated that she wasn’t going to “just start replacing door panels”. Mandy was unable to find a leak in the doors so I asked her to please at least replace the tweeters. She said she would get them on order and we made an appointment to come back in and have the tweeters replaced. 5 Mar 2019 – We dropped off the Jeep to have the tweeters replaced. Mandy said if that didn’t fix the issue to please let her know and we’d go from there. Once we got the car back the smell persisted. I let Mandy know and she told me that her Service Manager told her that the District Rep would have to come in and authorize additional repairs. Mandy finally got back to me and said that she was unable to reach the District Rep and that I would have to call Jeep Customer Service. We never heard from the district rep and we constantly pushed to the Jeep customer service line. We called and left a message for the service manager who promptly replied to tell us to call customer service because they’d found no odor and were not going to pursue the issue further. Guess what?!!?! We took it to Fair Oaks Jeep and were treated completely differently. They were familiar with this issue and ordered another leak test which found the drain tubes from the sunroof were crimped/damaged and needed to be replaced. Water damage is nothing to joke about in vehicles but clearly this dealership doesn't care.
