    I bought my first car from Kevin Stelgis from Rogers Toyota Scion. I received top notch customer service from Kevin. He was very patient with all my questions, from everything to picking out the car to giving me information on maintaining and servicing the car(even offering the extended maintanance program, and how easy it will be for me to have all my needs met right there. This was extremely helpful as I am a first time buyer. He spent so much time with me ( even supplying pizza). Even though I bought a used vehicle in top notch shape, he made me feel I was buying a &50,000 car. I will refer anyone who asks n I know that is looking for a car to Kevin, and in a while when I will be upgrading. I will be going right back to Kevin. He deserves an award , as I am an extremely picky person. He made me feel like I was his only appointment for the day and stayed with me from start to finish. I left with all my needs met and no questions. Thanks Kevin

    I received such outstanding service at Rogers Toyota in Lewiston Idaho on May 26, 2017, that I want to extend my compliments. I was in the area having driven all night from Los Angeles to be with my family and 95-year-young mother for Memorial Day and to participate in decorating family graves at two cemeteries. To set the stage for the reason for my visit to Rogers Toyota, I had been advised by Los Angeles Police about a week prior to my departure that my low beam headlights were out. Timing had forced me to make the trip with only operational high beams. I had purchased what I believed to be the correct replacement bulbs via the internet for my 2007 Lexus 350 and brought them with me. After being stopped both State and Federal law enforcement for not dimming my lights in Nevada, I was somewhat distraught by the time I reached Lewiston. After my brother-in-law and I attempted to replace the bulbs I had purchased on line for $100 a piece we discovered I had the wrong bulbs. My brother, Bill Stillman, who has done business with Rogers previously, recommended that I take the vehicle to them. I did so and was warmly greeted by Saffire in service and Brandon in Lube Bay. I briefly explain my situation and Brandon offered to have his team check out the low beam issue. I was impressed by the simplicity of checking in for service. There were “no brainer” signs that pointed me to the left side of the service bay for “no appointment” and an “appointment" sign to the right if I had one. Next I received a warm welcome from Glen in parts who checked out the availability of the proper bulb for my vehicle. Upon learning the price for both bulbs was $44.95 and that they would install them for free, I advised them to proceed. Next I meant Christianna from Admin who graciously processed by payment. She offered me coffee and a cookie while waiting. Within a few minutes, less than 8, Ricky from Lube came in with Brandon to advise the new low beam lights had been successfully installed. Brandon then ask if I would like to have the car washed. As it was covered with bugs from the over 800 mile trip, I had planned to wash it myself later in the day. I ask Brandon how much it might cost and he advised it was free. Needless to say I was over joyed and told him to proceed and Cody took charge of the wash. Brandon indicated it might take a few minutes. I decided this would afford me an opportunity update myself on Toyota pickups. Jack walked me through the new and used vehicle options and answered all my questions. He was polite and professional and obviously knew the inventory well. My vehicle wash was completed in less than 10 minutes, wiped down and all the bugs I had collected on my journey from Los Angeles had disappeared. I can’t say enough about the user friendly experience of my visit to Rogers Toyota. It is obvious to me that not only the design of the facility and staffing was well orchestrated. It is evident the entire staff is well trained. I want to extend my compliments to everyone that assisted me. The crew at Rogers Toyota is living evidence that exceptional customer service still exists. Thanks to the entire team of professionals who provided me with outstanding customer service.

    If you are shopping for a vehicle at Rogers Toyota please don't miss out on meeting one outstanding salesman, James Sanford, or better known as Jammer! I hadn't bought a vehicle in 15 years and when I finally decided to take "the plunge" he made it effortless. He kept in touch with me on what was available that I might like, what sweet deals were going on, and all with the most professionalism and yet a personal touch that I appreciated. I was, and still am, impressed by Jammer. And as a side note he sold my son a pickup 2 months earlier. So he obviously impressed me enough with what he did for my son that I trusted him enough to not even go to a different dealership, or a different salesman. Hats off to Rogers Toyota and hats off to Jammer! Thanks to all of you!

    Drove two hours to view a truck. We had a limit we were willing to spend and not haggling. We met on the price, which I believe was totally fair for that vehicle as we shopped for about a month. I did not trade in and I had my own financing in hand. I think the whole transaction was an hour or less. Thanks to David Bradley. It was a great experience .

    I cannot speak highly enough about my recent experience with the Rogers Toyota crew. Everyone from the sales associate Ross to the finance department and the detail shop were amazing. They all went above and beyond any reasonable hope let alone expectation. Not only am I a return customer, but a vocal referrer. This is the place to go for the best product on teh market.

    Thanks to Jack Tousley I am driving the used truck I was hoping to find. By that I mean everything about the truck is what I wanted, color, make, comfort packages, etc. Looking for a used vehicle that meets your expectations is a great accomplishment, Jack was able to bring my four month arduous search to an end. I would be remiss if I didn't give Jeff Courtney recognition for his roll with financing, which caused a lot more work then a conventional loan. This was due to the fact, I wanted to stay loyal to my out of state credit union. Speaking of loyalty I should note, I was a very good customer to a dealership in another state for over two decades. They had all my business, new vehicles and service, because of the way the people at Roger's did everything I asked of them, I am now their loyal customer. Thanks again, Doug W

    As nervous as I was to buy a brand new car, Matt Anderson at Rogers Toyota, made the process so easy and exciting. Everyone that helped with all of the ins and outs were great as well.     Bought a truck from Rodgers with a lift and it was also chiped, they sold me a warranty. Truck broke down, warranty now is void because of the lift and chiped. Sales Manager said it is not there problem. I guess it is my fault.
