    I wish I could give less than 1 star. I purchased a car in September 2018. I was in an accident and the car was totalled 2/1/2019. I cancelled the warranty... that I never used on 4/26/2019. I was told that it would take "2-3 weeks. Tops." for me to receive the $2,200 refund. I called 2-3 times per week after the 3 week mark hit. FOR 10 WEEKS. Every single time I got told "let me look into this. I'll call you back in an hour." I never once got a call back. But I kept calling hoping for a resolution. Finally, in July (3 months after I signed the cancellation policy request), the check was requested. 3 months later, not 3 weeks. What happened during this time? Nobody has an answer for me. Everyone that I've talked to has been rude, passing blame to someone else, and has no idea what's going on, or so they say. That's IF I can get ahold of anyone. The cancellation wasn't received until June, and then the check wasn't requested until July. It wasn't sent to my bank until August. Now here it is, September, and I still haven't seen a cent of the refund. I didn't learn any of this information until today, after I finally got in touch with who I believe to be the only two helpful and competent employees at Hertz (Shamika Madison and Kevonna THANK YOU FOR FINALLY OFFERING ME SOME HELP AFTER 4 MONTHS). Don't buy a car from here. If you do, don't get in an accident because they'll just hold on the money that you're owed.

    We apologize for the delays. Our cancellation department was experiencing a backlog due to an influx of cancellations. This backlog has since been cle...ared and they have returned to normal response times.

    The dealers there cheat and the manager who called Jim is a liar and jerk. He always swallowed his promises. Never buy a car there.

    My agent Robert Hurd was excellent. I had no pressure what so ever. He answered all my questions and gave me the service I wanted. This is highly unusual... with other dealers that I have worked with. I am very pleased with my experience with Hertz and Robert Hurd. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

    Doe was a great help to me in locating the best type of car for my 16 year old daughter. While we didn’t buy while we were there, we’re keeping in touch... in case something comes in. Thank you for your patience with us and our picky car buying habits!

    We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations... available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

    Never ever go to them, They have made mess of documentation work and I am moving from DMV to Hertz everyday without any resolution.

    Hertz Strives to give an outstanding shopping experience to every customer and complete all paperwork and transfers of title in a smooth and efficient... process. This deal was delayed due to utilizing an outside lender that was unfamiliar to us and errors did occur with title work once notified of the issue from the state Hertz made every effort to fix the problem quickly and resolved issue in just a few days.

    Sent in inquiry, spoke to Raul, set up a time to test drive the car. The car was immaculate! Low miles, beautiful!! Don't let the name Hertz deter you... from checking out their cars!! Very well taken care of! Raul worked really hard on getting me the BEST financing available!! In and out in an hour and a half or less!! GREAT experience!! Never had such a smooth car buying experience!
