I traded in my car for an older model truck. I had a great experience. They were easy to work with . I would trust them to do business again in the future.

After I spoke with Bob at Hertz on May 21, 2020, somehow I knew that I had chosen the right place to purchase my car! He was extremely friendly, personable and none rushed. I bought my Nissan Sentra today and Mr. Dennis was amazing! He is such a calm, patient and professional to the utmost! He assured me that I am making a good choice! Thank you!!!

They pressure you to buy gap and protection coverage you don’t need, telling you that you can drop it anytime. But when you attempt to cancel the coverage you don’t need, they won’t refund the cost that they make you pay upfront. I’ve been in contact with Justin Boerste for more than a year trying to resolve this. He said several times that he would process it and send a check. The process is a scam and they are a team of unethical liars. Go elsewhere to spend your money.

They staff here is helpful, informative & professional. I came in for one car and bought a different one. They were patient and it was an easy process.

When my wife started looking a few months ago she spent a lot of time on the internet. When she found the Kia Sportage she wanted at Hertz it meant a trip to Charlotte (1 1/2 hours away). We were not disappointed. David and Eli were great to work with and we went home with her Kia. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

This was my first time buying and financing a newer car, so I was hesitant about where to go. My friend told me he used Hertz in Rock Hill so I figured I would try the Hertz near me. Dennis was very quick with response and both him and Elio helped get me through this process. Though I was not the easiest client they still helped me with every step. There were bumps in the road but they were honest and helped me every step of the way. After buying my car about a month in I was having different issues and when I contacted Dennis and Elio and the next morning they got back to me and helped me handle and resolve my issues. I will probably never get to thank them.. But thank you for your work and being unlike any other auto sales place because you truly do have your customers come first.
