Hertz Car Sales Hayward

Called to confirm availability. Scheduled a test drive. Came in and been told it not for sale as it has mechanical issues. Why did not knew about it when doing the advertised multipoint inspection. Waste of time.

I came into Hertz Used Car sales interested in one of their vehicles listed for a good price . The car was good for the most part. Except, it had two small scratches , and the bumper was loose in the front. The sales person said they could fix the bumper issue and write it on paper they would. I wanted to purchase the car after a test drive, but the sale process made the experience go downhill. I Legitimately felt like the associate did not do what he could to make the purchase go smooth. He did not even seem to know what he was talking about, and didn't seem to have much sympathy for the situation as well. I will not return here again, and do NOT recommend coming here. There are other sales persons in other dealerships that will actually go out of their way to help a interested customer with a good down payment and credit history. HIGHLY UNSTATISFIED.
