Hertz Financing Department Refuses to Refund!!
Do not purchase a car here!! The salespeople here are really nice but their finance department is super shady. Hertz is refusing to refund me my GAP insurance. I cancelled over a month ago as permitted in my contract and was told to wait 3-4 weeks. I called Hertz today and they told me to wait 3-4 more weeks. However, I reached out to the GAP insurance company and they told me that they have not received any request from Hertz to cancel the contract. Hertz had no response to this when I called them back and asked me to "wait a few more days." Refund me my money Hertz!!
Very bad attitude and rude, never go there again..
Came to buy a new car, brained washed, waisted almost 2 hours, have collected all info, although said that will buy cash, rude attitude. Never go again.
Don't bother contacting these folks.
I'm sitting outside there a lot with approximately 90 vehicles for sale. After about 5 minutes of doing a web search I found their telephone number contacted them and the individual that answered, as nice as she is, was no help. They just stated that they're closed. I asked if there was a website or any way I could get some additional information on several vehicles that I'd like to purchase and she said no we're closed. That was her answer to every question I had. Therefore, spend your time at a different site at least for the foreseeable future, meaning three to six months.

Process was very simple. Moe the salesman had the car ready when we arrived. He let us go on the test drive and did not limit how long or how far. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We we're in and out in under 3 hours.
Fantastic Buying Experience
I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. I went in the next morning, test drove the car and purchased it. I was there a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. AWESOME! Sean was great! I highly recommend Sean and Hertz Roseville!
