    My wife and I decided to look at the Rav4 on a Sunday and didn't realize Tom Scott was open. John came out in the heat of the day and treated us in a 1st class manner. We ended up leasing a brand new Rav4. The signing of the paperwork was prepared well in advance so it took very little time sitting at the business manager's desk. (Sorry to forget his name) Thanks for the expedient and enjoyable experience Tom Scott Toyota! I was also impressed that the managers came out, thanked us, and shook our hands. We felt very appreciated for doing business with them. We have always been a Chevy family, but the test drive of this Toyota, 2 year maintenance package, and overall personal care sold us. What a class act!!!!

    It has taken some time for me to get to this but I absolutely have to give this dealership a 5 star rating and would give it more if Google would let me. My mother in law passed away suddenly last year and my wife and I had to settle her estate and if you know ANYTHING about how stressful and frustrating that can be, you would understand my review. I had to find a buyer for her car and I live 1200 miles away. I had to fly out on the weekend and try to get this accomplished all the while trying to deal with her home and personal belongings. Who would have thought that the BEST part of this process was selling her car...to a dealership, nonetheless! Dale Moss and I spoke on the phone and I discussed our situation and he agreed to meet with me on Saturday. Unfortunately we didn't know until we got to Nampa that mom had put a few whiskey dents in her Camry. Not only was Dale fair, he was more than fair and gave me what I had already in mind thought was a fair price before I saw the damage. If I lived in the area, I would ONLY shop at this dealership. It was not at all what I expected. It was fantastic!! Thank you Dale from the bottom of my heart!

    When I went in to Tom Scott Toyota I was already convinced I wanted a Honda Civic, however after Robin went over the features of the corolla in detail I quickly changed my mind. She was super friendly and so knowledgeable. I would recommend asking for her when you go in. When we made the decision to go with the corolla she sat us down at her desk and she worked with her manager Dale. I was so surprised at how kind and patient he was with us. All in all this is a great place to buy a new vehicle. EVERYONE was amazing.

    Trying to buy car was told by salesman repairs are not completed on some cars and will not deal with repairs and told me they would not be done at current price ask to have inflated price to cover repairs was told that is not acceptable was also told by salesman that a lot of repairs are not done on used cars in order to keep sales price low very dissatisfied will tell all that will listen about Tom Scott Toyota sales and service

    I have purchased 7 Toyota cars from Tom Scott Toyota in the past 15 years the service department had up to this time been ok. My wife took the 05 camary in for a headlight issue ( I had already replaced the bulb still bad, took the bulb from the working headlight still bad put the new bulb in what was the working one still worked original bulb back in working headlight still worked. Bulb that was just checked in one working in the bad side still doesn't work) check fuses good. When my wife took it in they came out and said that they replaced the bulb and it's good but the battery is bad. $150.00 dollars for new battery installed everything works. (battery in car was less than 3 years old.) Car is driven 50 miles and wife is hearing noise from motor. I lift hood sounds like alternator. Make appointment go in to service on why in battery light comes on and after I get there battery is dead. Car won't start. Talk to service manager and asked him how they checked it when it was in and they replaced the battery was told the battery read bad on the tester. Asked did they check charging system answer was no just the battery because it was dead. Asked him to check the new battery in the car that was just replaced. He said they had to charge it up first because it was dead. And would read bad when was discharged. they checked the alternator it's bad. $450.00 new alternator. I did insist that they replace the battery again at no charge which they did. My biggest question is why did I have to go back in. When I was in high school and worked at a gas station over 40 years ago. If a car had a dead battery you checked the charging system. Go to a parts store to get a battery first thing they do is check the charging system if your buying s new battery. But at a dealership they don't well no more service from Tom Scott I'm done. To the salesmen Jeff and Joe I might still buy from you but not sure.

    We Purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav 4. The windshield had 2 chips and it had scratches on the paint. Tom Scott Toyota took care of both issues, without raising the price of our vehicle. We were very pleased with the result. After our test drive, I told Jeff Spencer I wanted to get his best price on the vehicle, I was NOT going to spend my whole day there and we didn't. Also my husband does not drive any more and Jeff followed us home with our new vehicle and we took him back to the Dealership. Thank you Jeff.

    I bought a new Tundra Ltd this summer at Tom Scott Toyota after looking at other brands. I have had one issue in 3800 miles; figuring out the garage door opener system. My salesman, Mike Burke told me he would come over on his way to work one morning and set it for me. When he got to the house, he discovered I have the rolling code garage door opener which was my issue, not Toyota's. Mike climbed a ladder in the garage and set the opener to communicate with the one in my truck. That is what I call superior service and commitment after the sale. I owned a Toyota FJ Cruiser for two years I bought from Mike/Tom Scott Toyota with zero issues. My wife finally convinced me we needed a truck, so we traded it in on the Tundra. I got a great trade, and my wife and I really enjoy the Tundra. Especially this time of year with its' heated leather seats and separate climate control for each side of the vehicle. If I ever feel the need to buy another vehicle, I'll be talking to Mike at Tom Scott.
