Purchased a One-year old Pickup

Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable about every one of the various makes and models we looked at. The finance people were very knowledgeable and efficient. The buying process is a pain, regardless of where you go, too much paperwork. The service staff aggressively handled a computer malfunction noted before the purchase. Never been to Kendal before. I will be back. Never wanted a GMC after having a lemon several years ago. This vehicle and the personnel changed my mind.

I purchased a car from Kendall Auto Mall in July. Ashley, my salesman, was professional and easy to work with. The out of state sale was relatively easy and I flew in to drive my car home. The problem has been the registration. Here we are at the end of January, and my car is still not registered. Kendall collected $1500 from me to register my car. Each month, for 6 months, I have had to call their office and request ANOTHER temporary registration. Each month they overnight it to me. I have spoken to numerous people who assure me it will be taken care of soon, and then I never hear another word. They act as if it’s no big deal.. and it’s not for them. I’m the one inconvenienced each month, having to contact them to make the request for another temporary. And where is my $1500? It wasn’t used as it was intended. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and deception

Completely Satisfied experience!

Extremely disappointed

We have purchased 5 work trucks totaling around $350,000 in the last year and I couldn't be more disappointed. Every salesman I have worked with has given me the run around, lied to me on several occasions, miss paperwork causing me to have to return to sign or initial 1 page. They even offered to purchase my license plates for me, with out me asking, as part of the "commercial" side of the department. Then the salesman went on vacation. Never got them, and never said anything to them. I couldnt drive my truck for 2 days because my temp tag (which had 30 days on it) ran out before they got me plates. i would never recommend kendall and i will never purchase a truck from them again.

What sealed the deal for me was the salesman. Steven Kittelson was the only salesman that meet me out in the cold and rain while the other salesman watched me through a window. Steve was a salesman that made an extra effort for great customer service.

Great dealership!

Steve Jones is a great salesman to work with at Kendall auto mall. Very friendly and helpful during the buying process. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.
