We were emailed the fix for the problem. Excepted a call since that is what was done in past. By chance I saw it in my email This was Friday and not... sure would get it done. They didn’t and were told they would do it and call us when it was done They didn’t call to let us know the vehicle was ready. We then had to wait until Monday. It was ready and we should have been notified on Saturday. In their past they’ve been ok
My recall was performed by a mobile tech. The tech was great. Service was quick and can’t get much easier than having it done at your home. Highly... recommend.
I took my truck in to get the sunroof repaired. They said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and charged me $50 for the diagnosis. I... brought it back in again with the same problem they put a new switch in it and it still didn't work. They said it must be the motor. They said they didn't have the motor and I would have to bring it in again . I was charged $50 for this visit. I made an appointment the earliest I could get it in was two weeks. Brought it in for the scheduled appointment the service rep told me they were swamped and couldn't see the truck for another two days. They didn't order the sunroof motor in and had to wait for it. Friday came around and they still didn't have it fixed. I told my service agent wanted my truck back. It was now Friday late afternoon and nothing was done on my truck. I took it to Larry Miller Dodge and got it back the same day problem solved.
