Another pleasant experience at Peterson BMW. I really like love the fact that Peterson has implemented a video feed of our car being maintained in the service bay with suggestions by the mechanic related to the vehicles current condition and what may be of concern and addressed during a future visit. Ryan McCalla, Service Advisor, was on his game by explaining everything that was being done to the car and sending me on my way feeling confident that our BMW will services us faithfully in the months to come.
