You can look up the screwed up records and find out the information as Peterson has been NOTORIOUS for it's lack of service with me and I'm not going to get into that with you. The dealership here in XXXXXXX (AND I) would like to know what has been done to the vehicle so that they have an accurate up to date records (Carfax) as well so we are keeping the vehicle in best shape. Here is the reply from someone who is NOT the service manager. Talk about holding a grudge.... Rich- Don't send anything. Mr. Cerovski bought an "as is" car. His new dealership should be able to pull all records thru the national data base. If they don't...well then...that's pretty sad. If Mr. Cerovski had shown an ounce of appreciation for anything we did to try and fix our mistakes, I'd be happy to help. He's been nothing but condescending and rude, and at this point we decided to part ways with him. Thanks Rich... Todd Pritchard General Sales Manager Peterson Toyota Scion Boise, Idaho Notice how Mr. Pritchard admits that Peterson made mistakes...yet I'm the bad guy for making them make it right. After 6 months of waiting for them to send the service records on the vehicle I bought, I still don't have them and this is what I got back when I asked for them. Buy from Peterson at your own risk...their attitude says it all.
I looked at some new BMW's at Peterson's and the sales person was helpful - but they didn't have the model or color we wanted. We shopped dealerships in... Utah, Oregon and Washington and narrowed our search to Seattle and Richland in the Tri-Cities. For selection, color choices and best price we bought a new 3 Series X drive with sport and premium plus packages at Tri Cities BMW. They negotiated the deal over the phone, gave the most for my trade and it was a great experience. I strongly recommend that you shop for what you want and benefit from better prices and values offered by other dealerships. If you are considering a Volkswagen check out Ken Garth in Salt Lake City - much better prices that VW of Boise.
We appreciate your feedback regarding our BMW store. We take every customer comment serious and we are always looking for ways to improve our dealers...hip. I’m very glad that you found our staff to be helpful. As far as the inventory we are always looking at getting more and more vehicles instock. As of right now Peterson Autoplex has over 600 new and used to choose from. We have been selling a tremendous amount of cars both to local and out of state cliental. Our BMW inventory will be doubling very soon. But it seems that we sell them almost as fast as we are getting them. Our large growth in sales is because of how competitive we are inselling our vehicles. Peterson’s have been here for over 84 years and they are committed to not letting price, inventory or distance be a factor in why customers chooseto do business with us.
I recently bought a used SUV from Peterson Toyota, but I almost didn't shop there due to the previous negative reviews. I worked with two salesmen-Gerry... and Newly-who patiently answered my questions and went with me as I test drove vehicle after vehicle. I wanted to see the Carfax on each and also any service history, which they willingly provided. When I found a vehicle that I liked, I took my vehicle in for a trade in value. They offered me a good value for my used trade, they came down on the price of the SUV and then we negotiated the bottom line. Everyone was friendly and helpful to me during the process from start to finish. I love my new to me SUV!!
When the salesman realized I wanted small monthly payments, he blew me off!!! Rude!
If you are looking to buy a BMW or lexus there are many dealers and options available in the northwest. One option you should not consider is shopping... for a new or used car at a "Peterson" dealership in Idaho. I rate this franchise as "below average" based upon poor customer service, a practice of offering low trade values and some poor business practices.
have purchashed two cars, one used and one new from this dealer and the experience was great. friendly and explaining the cars operation exceded expectations.... highly recommend them. thank yoy sean and marlon in sales.
