My experience with this dealership was a very bad one. They are so piety and commission hungry that they will lie and deceive you without any thought about it. They think by doing so, they have done nothing wrong. What you want for a vehicle means nothing. I what your looking for isn’t on there lot but is on there sister dealership, “tough you called them and they WILL sell you something off there lot! And afterward will advise you that you can trade it in for what you want. When you find out about there deception and go to complain they’ll just laugh at you, admit there thief grinning like a xxxxxxx and just tell you that you can’t do anything about it. Then tired of trying to deal with these thieves through the dealership I ask to talk to the owner, but afraid the owner would agree with me, there won’t even answer my request. This whole experience makes me wonder how many other people this dealership has robbed and laughed at them afterward. They claim to be the most respected dealership in the area, if this is how they treat there costumers it doesn’t say much for the other dealerships. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT WILL BACK A LIEING SALES PERSON.

My Daughters First Car!

After having two bad experiences at two other dealerships, coming into Parker Toyota was a Breath of Fresh We were greeted right at the door and the car was ready for us to look! The car was super clean, and it was reassuring knowing that Parker put some money into their used cars like new Tires, Brakes, and detailed the car! Brandon answered all our questions and made my daughters first car buying experience a smooth one! After leaving my daughter said "Dad, I don't even know why we bothered going anywhere else, we just should of came to Parker to begin with!"

Terrible pricing

I try to shop local, but they want $150 more for and alternator that I can buy from another dealer and have shipped. I gave them a chance to price match, but they could care less.

My mistake!

Don't be an idiot like me! I traded in my fully paid-off Honda CRV for a car that was less valuable. And, I still managed to take-on a $5K loan!!! Ugh!... My "new" car wasn't really what I wanted as I just stopped by Parker Toyota to check out their used inventory on my way to look at a more desired car elsewhere. They use the "team" approach there where two or more sales persons strong-arm you with "a great deal you can't refuse"! Now I'm stuck with an ok car that gets 10 miles per gallon less than my CRV...AND a car payment!!! Buyer beware!!!

Great Sales Experience

We went in to Parker Toyota to shop used cars and with most of our car shopping history we were worried about the high pressure, leave with a car today pitch and to our surprise it was a great experience. Mike A. was very easy to work with, made us feel at home, is very informative, courteous and above all we felt no pressure so thank you Mike A. and Parker Toyota!!

Beyond great

sales person dave was really great! And more than helpful. What the best thing about this was the detailer in charge of cleaning and getting scratches out of the car before I brought it home! When I say scratches.... I mean the whole car was keyed every inch. I was ok with that. When I picked it up the next day and seen the care he put into i was amazed. It honestly took me a second to realize that. That was in fact the car I just bought. He got every single thing out of that car. By far the greatest person they could have detailing for them. If anything go there and have him take care of your car. Didn't get his name. But say he's the one who got scratches out of a jeep and they'll know exactly who it is!!!

Used car experience

I recently bought a used car from Parker. Within a week my check engine light came on and I temporarily lost power. I was bemoaning that I bought an "as is" vehicle. I was scheduled to take the vehicle in for installation of a trailer hitch and roof racks so I asked them to repair the issue with the check engine. Not only did they resolve the service issue but they did not charge me for the repair. I appreciated their integrity

Jason and Asuka Lewis received outstanding customer service and at no time felt rushed to make a decision. We really appreciated Dave's compassion for the Parker Toyota business. Dave was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were interested in and treated us both like a member of hos family. We are very happy with our 2017 Toyoya Corolla XSE. Thanks to Jimmy for his wisdom, knowledge and patience when going over the financial paperwork aspect. Happy Holidays to the Parker family and it's amazing employees.

Rattle in my Prius

The contuing saga of the dashboard rattle in my new Prius. Mr. Tony Cruikshank called me and stated that there would be a Toyota mechanic coming down (from corporate) to Coeur D'Alene and to my house in Spokane to look at the issue. He promised that no matter how long it took, they, Parker Toyota, would continue to work with me on the problem until its satisfactory resolution. Given that the problem rattle seems to be temperature related, now that it is cold, the rattle has diminished; so I told Mr. Cruikshank that there would be no use in the mechanic coming at this time. He said that no matter the time period, they would continue to work with me if and when the rattle returned. I will then continue to monitor and notify them as necessary. I appreciate the turn of events by Mr. Cruikshank and Parker Toyota. This action on their part has restored my confidence in Parker Toyota for now; we will see how all of this plays out. Very happy with service

Parker was very quick to respond to my inquiry, very helpful in finding my Rav with the options I wanted. Jake F. explained each step, answered all my questions. Dustin with finance, friendly and again explained and answered all my questions. What Great service, start to finish. Bravo !
