Friendly people everywhere

Mike Pierce is helpful and friendly! After giving him an overview of what I was looking for, I went to the dealership thinking I knew what I wanted. However, he found me something else that I loved more! And everyone else I talked there was incredibly nice and helpful as well. Overall great experience.

Purchased a vehicle

We want you to know how very impressed we were with Paula James who was our sales associate. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! We had been looking for a car for months and Paula helped find a car that is perfect for us. She was very kind, sweet, funny, attentive and so patient in answering all of our million questions. We truly had an enjoyable time working with her. Paula was very interested in everything we said, dealt with all of our needs, and sold us a wonderful car. I would never buy a car from anyone else again. I trust her and Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. Everyone there was very kind, but Paula James was exceptional and we were very impressed with how knowledgable and helpful she was. Paula went above and beyond what we ever expected. She was very professional and did everything she could to make us happy and a satisfied customer.. Paula let us test drive the cars we were interested in which helped us a lot in being able to really get an idea of what kind of car we liked the most. Paula helped us find a car in our price and we couldn't be happier! It is all thanks to Paula James. She helped us go through the hand book and set things up in our vehicle, making sure that everything worked perfectly. Never put any pressure on us at all. Paula was fun to be around and she treated us wonderful. We were very impressed with Paula James and will come back to buy another car from her in the future. We will definitely recommend her and your dealership to everyone we know. We appreciate so much Paula answering all of our questions and never acting like she was to busy for us. Bill he's your man

If you wnat a new car or truck you need to talk with Bill in sales. He will make it fun and painless. We asked him to find us a vehicle and 1 hour or so later he called us back with the perfect car for us. We were suprised because we thought it might take a few days to find but he came through. Everyone at the dealership has been great to work with.

Great deal!

I bought a 2012 Focus from Mike Pierce and I could not have been more happy. I was on the fence about getting a Ford, but Mike gave me great information to help me in my decision. He gave me a great deal and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Ford location and especially Mike.

Great experience

I highly recommend this dealer. Edison, our salesperson treated us very courteously from our very first phone call; he listened to us and tried to meet all of our needs in every way possible. His low-pressure sales attitude helped us see clearly what we really wanted and made the decision process easier. When we asked for extra cleaning in the used vehicle we purchased, the staff did a fantastic job! Thanks, Ken Garff. I think they have proven that they are about more than just trucks...
