This is the worse dealership I have ever conducted business with. I traded in a vehicle on 4/25/2020 and 30 days later the loan is still not been paid... off. I had to make another payment on the vehicle I traded to prevent it from being 30 days past due. I spoke to the manager Roland (not sure of spelling), and his nonchalant attitude was disheartening. Even though I made a payment on the vehicle I traded on 5/21/2020, I have already received a bill for the new vehicle I purchased, that is due 6/9/2020. I never received a copy of the contract that I signed, and the bill I received don't match the amount we agreed on during the sale. After all of this, now I can not reach the manager or finance manager via phone, and I keep being transferred to a voice mail that states "unable to leave message the voice mail is full". I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go elsewhere, if service after the sale is important to you.
After texting withDeborah about a newly acquired 2016 Jeep Saturday afternoon/evening, I scheduled a time Sunday to view. I arrived as scheduled after... over a 2 hour drive. I was greeted by Tessa, the other manager I was told, and she went to grab the keys. We were then handed off to Austin for some paperwork. He started asking questions about the type of Jeep we wanted. I explained that we were interested in the Jeep we located through USAA Buying Service. He said he'd go get the keys. He returned empty handed and explained that Jeep had been sitting on the lot a long time that it needed a new head gasket. I said that I didn't understand that it was advertised as a certified vehicle. He said that it would be a certified vehicle once the broken head gasket was replace, but the keys weren't even available. I said that I was advised the Jeep was just acquired, and he said there was miscommunication. He then tried to talk me into looking at another vehicle or a lease, but my gut told me he was lying. So, we turned around and made the over two hour trip back home. On the way, my daughter discovered where the vehicle had been updated to sold status. Guess I should say thanks for the lesson in dishonesty for my child. Forget the wasted trip and gas on Mother's Day, Austin looked lied right to our faces! Need a negative star option.
I took my car in for 2 recalls (airbags). I dealt with Lisa Lewis. She was amazing. I will definately take my car back for service, and will request... to deal with Lisa.
Buyer beware. Don’t trust this shady dealership. I will never come back to this dealership.
I wish I had not even walked in the door. The sales men (2) were slick and persistent. I am ashamed of myself at giving in after 4 hours of dealing.... The charges are exorbitant and not explained. I know I should have spent more time looking over the papers but I was wore out after so many hours. I have bought many cars over the years and none were as bad as this. I will go back to the Yulee dealership next time and I know I will be treated quickly and fairly and no pressure. This was a life lesson. I need to walk out after it takes so long. I have never went through such an experience before in 30 of buying cars. Today I received notice that my service contract has increased even though I was led to believe that payment included in the contract was a purchase. NEVER AGAIN
Avoid this dealer at all cost. Had a deal secured with them over the phone. Dealer agreed to price and trade. Took credit card to hold the vehicle and... stated it would be held for 24 hours. Dealer contacts me 2 hours after deal was agreed on, documents were exchanged and stated the GM decided to sell the vehicle to the person in front of them. Several staff were spoke to including Sarah, Ashley, and Matin. All in the end were very unprofessional and treated me like my business didn’t matter because I was out of state. My Jeep forum friends stay away.
Call three days in advance they have my jeep service with the ABS light on I showed up on Saturday they told me they cannot work on it because the warranty... department is closed and I told 3days ago they told it was they can still service my Jeep, while lack of communication and commitment it cost me a day. THANKS!!
Had my oil changed and tires rotated. I left on a trip and after about 35 miles the engine service light dinged. This happened at 6:00 a.m in the morning.... I was not sure what caused the oil to leak out of the vehicle. I phone the mechanic's shop where my work trucks are serviced and they sent a wrecker to retrieve the vehicle. I had to call Uber to pick up my wife and daughter so they could get home( not enough room in the wrecker). I waited on the wrecker and rode in with the driver. My mechanic filled the vehicle with oil and discovered a leak around the oil filter casing. Upon further inspection it was discover that the o-ring was left off during the recent service. I contacted the dealer Immediately. I receive a call back later in the day and I gave them run down of the issues. They said they would get back to me. thursday afternoon came and went, friday came and went. I finally contacted them on monday morning. I received a call later in the day and more to follow. They offered me 2 free oil changes and told me they did not have anyway of verifying the problem was what I indicated. In other words I am a liar. Why would I take a vehicle back for more oil changes to this dealership when they are leaving me high and dry? Mean while I am out 200.00 and extremely aggravated by their condescending attitude. 3 business days to try and get an answer and i am a liar. Stay away from this place.
Worst customer service on the entire planet! We were less than 24 hours from going on vacation. Our Jeep Compass (2018 model, with 6600 miles) flashed... warning lights and indicated 4 major systems needed service. Went straight to the dealership, told them about the lights and our plans. Our vehicle was put “in line for service.”I sat in the waiting area for 5 and one half hours. During that time, nobody told me anything about my vehicle. After 5 hours, I walked the lot and found my vehicle parked in a rear lot. The service area was closing and my vehicle had not even made it into the building. This customer did not get any service at all. Not good service, not bad service, just NO service at all. We had to spend $400 dollars to rent a car for our vacation. Unfortunately we can not take our kayaks for our “kayak” trip because rental vehicles do lot come with kayak racks. I will never buy anything else from this dealership.
I purchased a 2016 Dodge charger with service agreement. However each and every time I bring it in for an oil change I have to go through xxxx to get them... to honor the agreement
