Service was excellent until I purchase the truck, then service went out the window. I was promised a second set of keys with my purchase, it's even part of their checklist. I've been calling for the last month only to get the run around. I've left voicemails only to not receive anything in return. When I was inquiring about the truck in the beginning, I had no issues receiving phone calls or getting responses. My second set of keys is crucial to my business as an owner of a trucking company. I need to be able to get into my vehicles to pull logs for mileage, gas, and ensure DOT inspections are a success. I really thought this was going to be my new place to purchase vehicles as I have been driving all the way to Greer, SC for purchases because of their excellent service. Almost a 6 hour drive and right now it's worth every penny. I was always raised that a mans word is bond, I guess it doesn't go for everyone.

Stay away from this dealer PERIOD.

Stay away from this dealer PERIOD. They are a bunch of fast talking scam artists. They pretend to put their customers first. It all reality they are just greedy people that need to be trained in math skills. They are quick to flip the script on people down on their luck. They flip numbers on you to the point where you get confused in an attempt to scam you. They have no explanation when you figure it out and that’s when they just keep repeating their gibberish. Good luck if you fall into their trap.

I have bought many vehicles from here. The service is always good. My service advisor Joseph is phenomenal and the best I've ever had. Keep up the great work

STAY AWAY!!!

Once you drop a vehicle there for service they lie to you and never return your calls. Vehicle has been in the shop for a week and I have not heard back once, despite my repeated calls to the service advisor and his manager (who hung up on me and never called back, even though I left my phone number on every voicemail and gave it to the answering receptionist). Take your business elsewhere!

Stay away, complete scam service department

We had to take a car there THREE (3) times before they figured out what was wrong. But the worst issue is they sold our contact email address to a spammer that constantly sends us junk mail that has no website and no matter how many times you unsubscribe you continue to get the spam messages with all of them lying and claiming they they recently spoke to me. xxx service department and xxx dealership for selling my contact information.

Not trustworthy dealership.

Not trustworthy dealership. They’re never getting my business again. I really recommend staying away from these people.

I was charged $199 for a second key and have not received

I was charged $199 for a second key and have not received one almost a year later. When inquired about it they said I bought an "insurance policy" on a lost key and have refused to make me a second key. I have pursued this for a year to no avail. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst dealership in town , the lie to a disabled Veteran

Worst dealership in town , the lie to a disabled Veteran making him to pay for a tag when in the state of florida is free they told me to go to the DMV and when I went to the DMV they dont do refund for that and the dealership do not want to respond basically I paid for to plates

Tamara reeds was super helpful and nice and very knowledgeable about your service needs and very caringpe person she should get a promotion from the dealership

Off the chart!

Seems they are 50% to 70% higher in service repair charges compared to comparable work done and priced by others and quoted in repair work comparisons done through a google search. Shocking! One could get the impression they are taking advantage of, exploiting and gouging their customers who have no other alternative to getting major repairs done at some other location here in Jacksonville....maybe this is why they have such a low overall rating and their sales department reviews are mostly 1 star and hits they have a BBB. Certainly doesn't dispel the negative impressions some have about using dealers for vehicle maintenance...Really sad especially a military community...
