Over the past 50 years, I have received service from many

Over the past 50 years, I have received service from many dealerships, but this experience was truly outstanding. Mr. Fortino Orozco-Larios, the service advisor, provided exceptionally courteous and attentive support. He carefully documented the issues with my vehicle and, without any request on my part, arranged a shuttle service for my convenience. After the inspection and repairs were completed, he followed up with a phone call to keep me informed. When I picked up the vehicle and took it for a drive, it was in excellent condition—better than new. While the 12-volt battery discharge issue may still require further driving to monitor, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Alhambra Kia and especially to Mr. Fortino for their outstanding service.

Once is enough

Worst service experience ever. They would not pick up phone. No communication. They tried to upsell an oil change into a 700.00 oil pan. Very unpleasant first and last service.

What a shame!

I bought my last car at Kia of Alhambra but I went to talk to the GM and they let him go ??? Crazy..he was the only one that cared about the dealership..

SCAMMERS!

SCSMMERS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Everyone here tries to scam you with markups and sneak in optional items to unwary customers. Then they claim they were disclosed. Management allows it. They also lie so that you can finance with them when you can get a better rate elsewhere.

They over change and don't complete their service!

Paid over $300 for service and they did not complete everything as they stated in their service agreement. If you're brave enough to get service from them, like an oil change, check afterwards to make sure they did what they actually claim to have completed. Wouldn't be surprised if for example, they don't even change your oil!

AVOID THIS DEALER

Horrible customer service, they tried adding a $2500 car alarm and when we asked why the representative to us to go somewhere else. If you want to get talked down to while car shopping come here.This place definitely wants to rip people off. Sales person was rude. When we told the sales person we had been shopping he said that oh why didn’t you just buy the other car. We looked at a $16000 Nissan Rouge and after everything that they added they told us it would be $22000 total. Ridiculous.

Ignored - they must not need the sale

Stopped by the dealership at lunch after confirming that the cars.com listing was available and "would be waiting for me" when I arrived. I was not greeted by a single person, in spite of all the "bros" hovering around, perhaps because I was in casual Friday jeans and t-shirt. I asked for Reynaldo, with whom I had been emailing, and after 20 minutes, he showed up. He passed me off to someone else who would be "back in 5 minutes" with the car I was interested in. 15 minutes later, I had enough of this place and just left. I went down the street to another dealership, was greeted immediately and had a fantastic experience. The difference was night and day, and I know where I'll be purchasing my car.

Rude Sales staff, False Advertisements

I came down to purchase a used Prius that was listed on CarGurus and the dealership website for $14,223. I was helped my Manny Garcia who told me the price was $17k. I said it's listed online for $14,223. He said it was an error. I then inquired about the 2016 BMW i3. He told me that it was $17k as well. When I left I again checked CarGurus website and the Prius has been listed for 58 days and started at $15.8k and recently dropped to $14.2k. The BMW was listed for $13k online. So it's clear that they are not doing proper business. When I spoke to the "Sales Manager" Reinaldo Cruz he was extremely rude and came out in an aggressive manner. When I asked him who his manager was he responded "I am the manager." I again asked "who is YOUR manager?" He replied again "I'm the manager." I responded with "who hired you? You don't own Kia. Who is above you?" His response was "Gil." I asked "Gil who?" He said "Gil Hayes." This manager is extremely rude, has no customer service, and needs to not attempt to try to intimidate customers. You guys dealership need to honor online prices and not lie and inflate prices and get over on customers. Will NEVER buy a car from you guys. Also as soon as I left they changed the price to "call for price" and the next day changed the price to $15,999 which still wasn't the $17k they said while at the dealership. BUYER BEWARE!
