Service was good, but 2+ hours wait for an oil change and

Service was good, but 2+ hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. Also, I have nice custom chrome valve caps on my tires and two of them were missing after the tire rotation. That’s poor attention to detail. Now I have to buy another set.

It's always great but this last time it took 4 hours to do an oil and brake fluid change. I finally went to the desk after 4 hours to ask how much longer it would be and was told that it was ready. I hadn't gotten any updates.

I got an oil change but it took them two hours.

I got an oil change but it took them two hours. I also felt like the other fixes they suggested for my car were outrageously expensive
