    We recently took our Explorer to Ford Draper to look at a faulty Navigation/ software issue and faulty rear-seat safety belt (they looked at these same issues before on previous visits to the service department) . We took the vehicle in yesterday, we had promises of having the vehicle fixed the same day and would have received a call from their service department, the following day. I left another message for the Service representative and he did not return my call, (or the call he promised to make the day before) so I called again and eventually another agent returned my call saying they are starting to look at the vehicle just now, (they were busy yesterday and could not get to our vehicle)

    I will only buy cars from Larry h Miller. First from lhm Toyota and now from lhm Ford. Unbelievably excellent customer service in 2017 when everywhere else the customer is just a talking head. Nic Shepherd is the rep that took care of me as did Richard Prospero at the Toyota dealership.

    When my van finally died on me, I had no choice but to buy a new (to me anyways)car. I went to the Larry H Miller Lincoln Ford dealership in draper as recommended by a family member who had just recently bought a car there. Travis my sales dealer was very helpful. I didn't have the best credit, so he worked really hard to find me a car that was in my price range, and he let me test drive multiple cars before I made my decision. I can't thank Travis and the rest of the team enough for making the overall experience a good one.

    Dealership did not live up to promise of entertainment package. Called 10 times over 12 week period and was promised each time it would be in the mail immediately. Nothing ever came, very disappointed, would not recommend the dealership to anyone if they can't even deliver entertainment package. I wasted a lot of time for nothing. I will never go back to that dealership.

    We arrived just before closing trying to look at a car. (Lots of traffic with the 90th exit!!!!!!!) It was locked up in a back lot and couldn't be seen. It was sold before we could make it back.
