Very easy-going atmosphere and I didn’t feel too pressured. I even took their demo car for an hour and a half to have a leisurely lunch while my new car... was being transported from a different facility. My experience with their service department greatly exceeded my expectations. Mandy in particular was outstanding. She was able to have the minor repairs... done on my GX460 quickly and at minimal cost. Furthermore, she was in constant communication with me about the progress of my repairs. Her honesty and professionalism help put her and LHM Lexus above the rest.

I appreciate the fact that the Lexus I bought from you in 2006 is still in good condition! I’ve been coming in for each of the service checks for almost... 14 years! It’s been a wonderful car and I will always buy a Lexus. I appreciate how courteously I’m treated even with an older car! Lexus cars just keep going! I will definitely be buying another and continue to have my repairs at Lexus.

Service person was casual. Quoted the cost and approximate time it would take to reprogram my new key. Waiting area very pleasant. Plenty of snacks and... drinks. After my car was finished I left but had to return because the key wouldn’t lock the doors. The person that helped me then was very apologetic and replaced the cheap plastic tag on my new $370 key with a nice Lexus key ring.
