I have purchased two cars from Tim Dahle. The first time, I didn't realize what an awful deal it was but that was all me and I was thankful they got me... into a new car. This time around, I am so beyond angry that I feel obligated to share. I was looking to trade in my car for an suv, and I have improved on my credit a lot, but I was very upside down. I kept tell Jonathan that I would not take a newer car if the payment went higher. I was looking for a lower interest rate and my payment to stay the same. After hours of them "working with managers" they got me where I wanted with my payment. I told them if that was the deal, I would take the car. I drove off with the car and over the course of the next week tried calling daily, sometimes multiple times a day, just to be transferred and never having someone actually pick up and help me. When I went in person to talk to Troy who was working my financing, he let me know the approval came back 100.00 higher on the payment. I was ready to walk away, which is when another "finance manager" got involved and told me "it was only a dollar more a day". What a joke. I was treated awful as a woman working the car buying process myself and everyone seemed to think I was an idiot. I work for a financial company and understand how it works, but I also understand how to treat customers. I left with no resolution and more anger than I could bare. Went back the next day, dealt with yet another finance "manager" and at the end of the day took the car at the higher payment, since I would have had to pay them over 1,000.00 just because I had the car a week. Absolutely terrible customer service. Salesman was pushy and rude. I feel lied to about what they could do and like they told me they got my payment there so I would be sucked in. Thankfully, I love the car and was ultimately glad Brandon in finance was straight forward with me. I will never return and I will absolutely never advise anyone else to go there.
Oscar was warm, personable, and efficient. He cared and understood my concerns. I???m excited for my SUV, and so is he! I???m excited for new adventures... and recommend buying a Nissan
I had a great experience purchasing my car from John Westbury at Tim Dahle Nissan of Murray. At no time did I feel he was trying to rip me off, and he... seemed genuinely interested and helping my wife and I find the right car at the right price. He mentioned he had been there for over 30 years and it was obvious in the way he dealt with us and his knowledge not only on Nissan's but cars in general. If you are looking for a new car I would highly recommend John if you want someone who cares about your best interests and isn't looking to make a quick buck off of you. Thanks for all of your help John, we will be back next time we are in the market for another vehicle. Hopefully a GTR!

We are so happy to have found wonderful people willing to help us find our very first brand new car! We were so pleased by the help of Oscar and Kevin.... They went above and beyond to help us get a great deal. There were very helpful answering our questions. We were so happy that we were taken seriously since we went to a different dealership and they weren???t very helpful. But at this place since we got out of our old car, the sales guy was very nice and ask us if we needed help. Never underestimate young couples! Ps. We LOVE our new kicks!!
In short I did not get in writing the agreed payment and tenure. Make sure everything is written and signed before you sign on the main dotted line or... you will end up paying more. Also make sure anything you notice wrong wrong is corrected
My experience at Tim Dahle Nissan was the best I have ever had. Olesea is a fabulous sales rep that truly cares about her customers. She made us feel... comfortable and answered any questions or concerns we had honestly. I never felt rushed or that I was being taken advantage of. I knew she would go to battle for me to get me the best deal possible. If I had to decide all over again of where to get a car, I would definitely go back to Olesea at Tim Dahle Nissan.

Bought a used but recent 2016 Nissan at Tim Dahle and went back for help setting up the NissanConnect app. I first went to the service department and... the drive-up guy in the bay ignored me for a while (wouldn't even look up to acknowledge me being there) then he passed me to another service guy who passed me to another service guy who eventually said that I needed to talk to a sales guy. I went to three sales guys and they couldn't help either. They even went to the electronics "specialist" for help and he could not help me with the NissanConnect. They referred me back to the service department. When I said that I had already been there and they sent me to sales they had nothing else to do. They just told me to go online and look it up. Really Tim Dahle? You can't provide basic support about Nissan? You sell one thing -- Nissans. It still doesn't work in my car. I felt shuffled around and basically told to go away. Very poor customer service.

Myself and wife drove 2 hrs to look at this car, After driving it we wanted to get it. We drove down the next day with our trade-in only to learn if we... don't finance through them the car price jumps up $3000- $5000. Also our salesperson that we scheduled with to return the next day, didn't even bother to show up. Very upset at the quality of service and would recommend not even looking at this dealership. I really hope this review help to save someone the same frustration that we had.
The tire was flat and they said you have to pay eventhough you have a warranty they asked me to pay 120 and 27 for the service and i just brought it 3... months ago . The worst service ever Honda does it for free and other fixing things too cuz my father has a car with them i wish i did not buy from Nissan they are the worst
Tim, I'm sorry you had this happen. As you know Tires are not covered under any of the vehicle warranties that we sell. Did they replace the tire, or... was it the wheel that was having issues? Bought a used car. Needed to be cleaned up upon sale found it was still dirty and I had to clean the car back up the next day when I got home. When we... left dealership went to pull onto freeway to go home found car had less than 1/4 tank of gas. Financial man messed up on paperwork three times. Had to make three trips to dealer to complete the sale. Repeatedly said my wife name wrong ever time even after being told how to say it. Had to pay for year service I did not want. Like I would take the car back to people who do such poor work. The quilty was like buying from private seller at dealership rates. Go somewhere else to get better service. Remember your paying for it
