Poor customer service

If you can get past waiting ninety minutes just to drop your car off for service then you will be happy. I honestly don’t understand why it takes this long just to check in. They even use a sign-in sheet, but it seems they take people at random. I have no issue with the repairs done, but customer service is very poor:

Best Car Shopping Experience I've had

I came in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesman was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the product. The entire time it felt like he was very attentive with no pressure. All the staff greeted me and were at my Service. Even the GM, Mike, came out to Greet me. I felt like Royalty there. Love my Jeep! Oil change

Went in for a oil change. Oil change was great but was very busy and unorganized with there walk-ins and appointments. Definitely need to work on organizing they’re walk-ins

Excellent Service

I came in for an oil change and felt like a VIP. Even though they were very busy, John found the time for my car and even got me a free rental to use to get me home and back. I can't say enough good stuff about the service.

Good time

I feel like I was the guest of honor at a tom of Finland party and didn't get a reach around these guys are good from the sales guy to the sales managers they did a good job screwing me with honest and trust check all the paper work carefully didn't get at all what was promised mike I want my widows I have a due bill what the !!


Jeff was great!

Jeff was incredibly helpful! I came in for an appointment with David but he wasn’t there so instead Jeff took me around, listened intently to my wishes and made thoughtful recommendations based on our conversation. I didn’t feel pushed to decide. He was very transparent with the pricing showing my his computer screen and breaking down each figure and what they meant. If I do buy, he’s a great person to go with!

The ABSOLUTE worst experience of my life!!!

This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I ever encountered in my life, specifically their sales manager Mikey Villy. If I could give them zero stars I would, they don't even deserve 1 star. I would not buy a car from this dealership if they were the last spot on earth that sold cars. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Division of Regulatory Agencies. The way that Mikey conducts his business is criminal and the dealership should be out of business for employing people like that. Shame on them!!
